Description of Work: One of the zones in my house wasn't producing heat as well as the others, the baseboards were luke warm generally, even when the heat was kicked on. Called Regan to see if they could see what the problem was. Busy time of year with all the snow and cold in the area, but was able to get an appointment fairly quick. | |Tom came out, on time and with a call ahead when he was close. Was very professional, and patient. Answered a ton of my questions and was he was going to do. Ended up flushing out the system, then turned the heat up in the zone that was the problem, and sure enough the baseboard line was substantially hotter than before. He also spent a good deal of time going into detail about how the system was originally plumbed (they cut some corners to save money on piping, which is what is causing air in the system to be a problem in the house) and how it could be fixed, should I ever decide to have work done to the system. I plan to do so, and will likely be calling Regan again when that time comes as well. | |I gave a 3 on price, only because I thought the $119 diagnostic fee was a bit high. But, quality is on point, so sometimes it's worth it to pay a little more.

Description of Work: The friendly and knowledgeable technician arrived right on schedule and got to work troubleshooting my air conditioning system. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and isolated and fixed the problem within twenty minutes. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Regan gave us an estimate to convert our heating system from oil to gas. They were professional, responsive, punctual and knowledgeable. The job was timely completed within the estimate and they even found financing for us for the conversion. The system has been working well since the installation. Great group to work with.

Description of Work: I had a new boiler and A/C put into my home. I had gotten three prices although Regan was not the cheapest I feel that they did a very goodjob and everyone was good and they new what was going on.The job is not completed yet and I hope they follow thru (which I am sure they will).I hope I get good service in the years to follow.

Description of Work: They were great. They came over quickly to assess our old boiler that had been failing and replaced in within 48 hours. They came when they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.
