Description of Work: I believe she deceived me on the phone as to her price by using poor English. She said her price was $35-40/hr and using a helper would be twice as fast. I questioned her about whether the price was for both workers and she continually said the job would be twice as fast each time I asked for clarification. They were to clean my empty house after all furniture was removed for moving. They did a good job on some things but did not clean the miniblinds like I asked. I was very angry when I later discovered that they didn't clean the refrigerator like I asked. She spoke very good English when she was talking to me at the house. I know I should have inspected more carefully but it was the first time ever using a maid service and I was involved with moving concerns. I ended up paying her $40 for each worker. I paid her more than the movers per hour!

Description of Work: Kenia has been here twice and it has been a very positive experience. I showed her what needed to be done and she (and her helper) dug right in!! Dusting, vacuuming, floors, walls, stove, etc. You name it, they did it. Our bathroom has never sparkled like it did when she was finished. She is very personable, reliable and motivated. I enjoy having her around. (She found dust and dirt that I didn't even know I had!) We agreed that she would continue on a bi-weekly basis and I can't wait for her to return!

We have kids so it's important to have people working in the house that we feel comfortable with -- and Kenia is sweet, honest and sincere. I would highly recommend her (and have) to friends or anyone!

Description of Work: Kenia cleaned my house from top to bottom including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms. Kenia comes to my house every other week. My four-bedroom house is about 2100 square feet with 8 rooms, with two and a half bathrooms.
