Kenia's Cleaning LLC

Kenia has been cleaning our home on the East Side of Providence for over 10 years. She—and the women who work with her—are simply the best. They are thorough, conscientious, careful, and respectful. And when friends come over, they always ask how I keep the house so clean! I *completely* trust Kenia and the women who work with her—she has the code to our house and she has often cleaned our home when we are not here. She's also extremely personable and great at keeping an open communication with her clients so she can address any concerns. I've even recommended her to numerous friends over the years, and they have always been equally pleased with her work.

The cleaner did a good job initially (hired her for 10 months). Over time the quality of work declined. Kenia also started bringing strangers into my home (we agreed on a 2 person team, she brought 3 people 1x due to shoulder injury, and when I returned to work suddenly there were always 3). My main concern was when products began going missing from my home. I don’t want someone in my home who I cannot trust. Good quality of clean, but concerning related to character.

It's been very good. I've been using them for years. They do a good job.

Kenya has been keeping our apartment in Somerville cleaned for the 3 years we lived there. Have never had an issue with it and have always been happy with it. Whenever we needed anything specific done, such as cleaning out the fridge, wash windows, clean deck, she would alway take care of it during the bi-weekly cleaning apartments. Would be happy to recommend her services to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

We have been using Kenia for about 6 months at this point and she keeps exceeding my expectations with her professionalism in what she does. I am a very detailed oriented person and like things doing a certain way and Kenia has been very good to intially inquire and remember those preferences every time she cleans our house. She is very respectful of our time and is always punctual and reliable. Although it is rare, whenever Kenia is running even a few minutes late, she will let you know about it and will keep you posted on her estimated time of arrival. Very happy with her service and will be using her for the foreseeable future.

Kenia's Cleaning has been cleaning our house weekly for the last two years. The owner, Kenia, is always in charge of the cleaning crew. They always arrive on time, and they always do a great job. Kenia regularly asks if the work is being done to our satisfaction, and she will tackle whatever special cleaning projects we ask her to do.

Kenia has been cleaning my home for the past two years. Due to some recent personal issues I was no longer able to keep her on. However, she does a great job, and is just the kind of person you want to do business with.

'Kenia responded within minutes to my phone message. (A note to Angies List, that I had and quot;messagedand quot; earlier on the Anglies list system, but I don't think she ever received it). She listed carefully to my request, outlined her approach, including costs, and then set up an appointment to inspect to make her own assessment. Although it was a big job, she fitted us in on the weekend, in plenty of time for Thanksgiving, for which I am very grateful. She arrived on time, and, according to my husband who said parts of the house now looked like new, did a very thorough clean. The test will be if it passes muster with my mother-in-law, so will update this review accordingly! For a big job at short notice that would have taken the two of them every minute of the hours they spent - it was very reasonable. I had calculated that it was going to take me two to three days to get it up to standard, and just didn't have the time away from work to do it. We intend getting Kenia back monthly just to keep things ship shape! Thank you Kenia for saving Thanksgiving!

Kenia and her assistant were right on time, followed instructions appropriately and charged the right price. I recommend Kenia's Cleaning wholeheartedly.

I ask Kenia for a very specific things to be cleaned in my house. She ask me a lot of questions what I like and don't like. What she can use for cleaning and what she can move around and not. She was very pleasant with my three dogs and her assistant for that day was very nice as well. I have a big house and need Kenia only every 3-4 weeks to help me out and she is on top of me with the appointments and what time she can come. I am happy with her work and what she and her helper can do in 2.5 hours for me.

Overall the job was good. I do think the price was a bit high. I have used other self employed cleaners in the past who charged me $80 to $100 and it included doing all my floor and stairs.

She has been fantastic, very professional, extremely trust worthy and one of the best people I have ever had clean my house, not to mention she is just a really nice genuine person.

We had been wary of hiring a new cleaning company since the one we had had deteriorated in all aspects of her work, but we were pleasantly surprised by Kenia. She is a delightful person, she gave us an honest summary of what she wold do and how, we set a date and she arrived with a helper and they got right to work for a deep cleaning.They worked energetically, missed absolutely nothing and did a superb job. After the job was done kenia asked if ther was anything they missed but I couldnt find a thing wrongThis is a 6 room ranch with a large bath with walk in shower. The job was done so well we hired her on a bi weekly basis. We were positively satisfied with her performance, service, attitude and price.

She is excellent. Whatever she sees, she does. She asks me if there are anything else that I would like to have it done, any special areas that I would like her to concentrate on that she doesn't see with her own eye. I will continue to use her and would recommend her to only the good people, not anybody.

I had used another housecleaning that I found through a local paperwork. The person was nice and friendly; but did a okay job. The person accepted a full-time job out of the cleaning business; therfore, I had to find someone else. I did my research on Angieslist and decided on Kenia Cleaning. I scheduled an appointment and she was right on time and did an excellent job and she explained the products that she used. I told her about my lung and health problems and she said that her cleaning problems do not leave a strong smell behind. Her price was very reasonable. After she finished, my house was clean and had a clean airy smell throughout. I am very pleased with Kenia and plan on using her services on a regular basis.

She's very thorough, on time, typically has an assistant and she checks everything her assistant works on. She does everything I ask of her but also goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and tidy. She charges by the hour and works hard the whole time. I highly recommend her.

She was excellent and did a great job. I am going to use her again. She had an assistant that helped her. It was the first time I've had somebody actually clean where the shower doors open and close. She was very thorough. I was thrilled with her. She did a great job and she was very efficient. The price was very reasonable. I could afford it and I can afford to use her again. I had no complaints at all.

I have six rooms on the first floor (kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, bathroom and foyer). Kenia came in and gave me an hourly price to which I agreed. She came in on time and did a spectacular job! Her work is excellent. She is prompt and a great worker. She and her assistant came in and vacuumed, dusted, washed floors, windows, washed down the kitchen cabinets, washed the hardwoods, dusted walls, etc, etc. My house sparkled when they were done. I have since employed Kenia on a weekly basis. What a relief to come home to a sweet smelling clean house!

Kenia has been coming to my home every two weeks since the end of May and I couldn't be happier with her. I now don't have to stress out about having to clean the house, as I know that once Kenia leaves, I can relax and enjoy my newly-found free time with my family.
