We are a family owned and operating business serving RI, Ct and Ma since 1973. We are fully licensed and do not sub contract our work. We are an accredited member with the Better Business Bureau.

We have been providing and installing residential and commerical customers since 1973 with all there fencing needs. We install cedar wood fence, vinyl fence, aluminum and chainlink. Also tennis court and dog enclosures. We provide free estimates.

Unfortunately the day we had a scheduled appointment to meet with you, you were not there. Steve did call you when he was on site and you gave him a loose idea of what you were looking for. Because he didn't have enough information he was unable to provide an estimate. If you would like an estimate we can reschedule for another day when you can be on site. I'm not sure if you recall but we did meet with you in May. We did a walk thru of the property but because you were waiting on another board member you were unable to confirm with us on what exactly needed to be done. We left it that once you confirmed with the member you would reschedule with us and until now we had not heard from you. If you would like to meet again I'd be more then happy to have Steve meet with you. Please advise. Thank You.

Description of Work: They were extremely professional. They showed up for the estimate and the work when they said they were going to. They removed an old fence and put in a new one in a morning's time. Due to a heavy wi9nd and rain storm a problem developed with a portion of the fence leaning. I called them and they came out the next day to repair it.

Description of Work: The estimator was very professional. However, although he is local, he didn't know who should arrange the permit (him or us) or whether we'd even need one. That was a warning flag. The next thing, thing was the deciding factor, was that the company didn't have a website, or even email. Who, in 2011, has a business that doesn't have email! Nobody I want to do business with.

I'm alittle confused to the comment. JC Fence does have a website and an email address and we clearly state on our quotes that the customer is required to file for all licenses and permits. I'm sorry if there was any confusion at the time of your consultation.
