I hired JC Fence to install a 6 ft cedar privacy fence around the perimeter of my yard. They did a beautiful job, everyone who comes over comments on what a nice fence it is. Their estimate was comparable to estimates from other companies, but by far JC Fence was the most responsive and professional in their communications. I highly recommend hiring this company.

JC Fence was fantastic! We needed a new fence to to replace an old dilapidated one and to cover more area/fully enclose the back yard. It's beautiful! Steve took the time to talk through the project and answer all our question before giving us a fair quote. He also checked in on the first day of construction. The crew showed up on the day we agreed and finished the job the next day (1 full day total). Fence looks great--no wavy top line despite uneven ground--and exactly as I pictured. They took all the old broken fence, post etc and left my backyard neat as a pin. We have a small dog that we didn't want to get out through irregularities btwn the vinyl siding and the foundation and Hern was very solicitous and came up with good, solid, aesthetic solutions. Good attention to detail. It's clear he and Steve take great pride in their family business and it shows in the quality of the fence and workmanship. I can see why they are in such high demand. Can't recommend JC Fence highly enough!

Well, I just hate it when companies don't get back to you. I left a message on Angie's with enough detail - it was a good job - 300-400 feet of fencing. But, never heard from them. I guess they don't need the business, or don't care to at least be courteous.

JC Fence it an outstanding company. It is a family owned business and they treat you and your project with superior professionalism and respect. Steve came and met with me in a very timely manner and provided a quote immediately. When I was ready to schedule, Ms. Susie Botelho, in the front office, walked me through each step of the process and was kind and patient throughout. Her husband over, Mr. Botelho, saw the installation and helped me with his insight and experience to make the right choices. He manages his hard working crew with great care. I met with three companies and JC Fence was by far the best value, most efficient and professional. The finished project looks even better than I could have hoped. Very highly recommended.

The men arrived as scheduled and the fence was complete before lunch! Professional and meticulous in their work. My husband and I are delighted with the results. That night, our neighbor hit the first panel in entering his driveway damaging one or two of the slats. JC Fence not only came back to repair, but didn't charge for the damage. We would hire again.

The fence looks great and the crew did a great job. The only issue I had was the scheduling. They indicated on May 13th that it would be 6 to 8 weeks and it took 10 weeks before they came.

JC Fence was wonderful! They assisted us in determining what fence would look best for our space and function the way we needed. After walking us through the decision process they provided a quote that was very fair and performed the services as soon as an opening appeared in their schedule. During the installation of the fence they damaged an underground wire providing electricity to the garage. They were very accommodating in assisting to correct the problem. Overall I am extremely satisfied with JC Fence. They were very professional and courteous and when we encountered the problem they stepped up to the plate and helped us solve the problem. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs a fence!

I used JC Fence years ago to replace my backyard wooden fence and they were both professional, responsive and reasonably priced. So I came back to them when some tree limbs crashed into my yard causing damage to both an 8 ft wooden panel and an adjacent chain link gate and fence panel. They provided detailed quote, had availability within a week or so and did a great job. I highly recommend these guys.

I would recommend this company to anyone. I received six bids on the job and I showed each firm my neighbor's fence as the model that I wanted to install. Their bid was given on the spot, it was the lowest bid, and they could accommodate my job within a reasonable amount of time, and I received phone calls from them giving me an update on when they would be starting. I would suggest, however, if people love their gardens they have a fence installed as soon as the ground thaws. It was inevitable that many of my plantings were trampled, but I do understand that feet and ladders have to go somewhere!

I've always wanted to have a house with a white picket fence. I contacted three (3) fence installers and decided to award the project to JC Fence. The price was competitive and JC Fence made a commitment to have my fence completely installed on May 20, 2015. The crew arrived on site on time as expected and commenced the project on schedule. The quality of the product and workmanship of the installation was very impressive. The next day, the supervisor and crew arrived on site to finish the clean-up and conducted a thorough quality inspection/customer satisfaction assessment. As promised, the fence was installed expertly, at the quoted price, and on time! I invariably get complimented by people from the neighborhood passing by on how nice the fence looks and how much it has improved my house's curb appeal. Thank you JC Fence!

Everyone was very nice and easy to work with.

I had previously used this company for the original three sides of cedar stockade fencing in my yard and I had been happy with how well this fencing had lasted, for 17 years. Their quote to complete the fourth side was competitive with several other quotes I had received so I went ahead. They were easy to work with and did a professional installation. My only minor complaint is that they had said that they would give me a few days notice before they came out to do the work, but actually only gave me one day's notice.

It worked out wonderfully. They came out when they said they would. I came home for lunch to let my dog out, and they had 62 feet of posts in by 11 am. They came the next day and put in the panels. I used them years ago when I bought the house and there was no fencing. I just like that they are reasonable priced. They are very nice and responsive. They come when they say they will, which is big to me because a lot of contractors don't do that.

The team at JC Fence did an excellent job from start to finish..... ---It all started off with the initial visit to the property.....I contacted JC Fence and scheduled an appointment for an estimate.....Steve fro JC Fence came by the house......Steve really took the time to listen to my needs and offered his expert advice.....I really appreciated his honest feedback on my project ---After the initial visit, I changed the lay-out of the fence.......Steve came back down to look at the revised fence line...Once agian giving his expert advice....I was very happy with the fencing option we had chosen.... ---Steve was honest in his scheduling of the project....They were approcx 4 weeks out at the time I booked with them....As scheduled I received a call about at week ahead of time to confirm the appointment.....weather eprmitting of course..... ---The install team from JC Fence showed up as scheduled.....The job supervisor (hurk) showed up with the install team.....He not only supervised but got his hands dirty assisting with the install...... ----Approx 5 days after the poles were set the team came back to install the fence........It looks great I have to say I am completly satisfied at this point with JC Fence.....It is a family run and opperated business.....Steve, Hurk and Susie really provide a great experience based aorund the customer.......I would highly recommend JC Fence to my family and friends......

Our experience was very good. They were very swift and fast and did a really good and professional job. They were open to questions and they would explain every step of the way, how they would build the fence so that was pretty good.

He was extremely quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would use him again, and recommend him to family and friends.

Steve Mare was my salesmen. He was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Work began approximately 2 weeks after their proposal and my down payment. The first day of work it was raining, windy, and actually snowing at one point, but the crew doing the work showed up on time and worked all day. They were able to get most of the fence roughed in on that day and returned the following day to make adjustments and cement in the posts. Two days later they hung the gates and the fence was complete! The fence has been up for one week so I can't speak to its quality or the company's quality should there ever be the need for follow up work. I will update this review after the summer. So far so good.

There was a little less expensive. That was my only experience for them. I called 3 places, got different quotes, and went with the one with countless tasks. It was fine. I had no experience with them except of getting a quote. They went very good and fine. They were very nice.

He did replace the portion of the fence but he did not take out the brace. He quoted us with the intent of taking out the brace but that did not happen. Very unprofessional work.

They were very good. They were prompt, reasonable, thorough and nice. I think it was a good price.

They made a good response after a miscommunication. After taking an inner gate down (not the original plan), they brought it back and re-installed it, without additional charge. Overall a positive experience and I can recommend J.C. highly for the consultation about fence design, their professionalism, and the quality of the the finished fence.

work was fine, took less than half hour. price was excessive IMO

They were very responsive when I requested a visit for a quote. However once they saw the size of the job (small-ish) they said it would be a while since they would not be in the area for a bit. That was fine since i was not in a huge rush. From there, I faxed in my sales contract and they said they did not get it and then I had it scanned and emailed and they were still very hard to get a response as to whether or not they received it. YESTERDAY I received a call that they would be onsite today. There was no warning or question as to whether this date would work or not for me or my tenant. I am supposed to give 24 hrs notice as a landlord and this fence abuts my neighbors property and they have a dog that will no longer have a fenced in backyard while this gets fixed. Today they did show up promptly at 8am however which was good. They have changed their game plan due to the dog which was nice. They are now installing the poles just inside the existing fence so they can set and then they will take down the old fence when they are ready to install the new. The only curve ball that is not a huge deal, it would have just been nice to know, is that they will be back NEXT WEEK to finish the project. I am not sure what is going to take them so long since most of my fences get installed in 2 days but as long as the fence between the properties remains standing, I guess it is ok.....not that they have communicated which day they will be back.

From the initial visit by the owner of the company to the day that the fence was put up there was great service. In fact, when the owner of the company came out for the initial visit to price the job he came up with a solution that was not thought of by the other fence companies we had contacted. That made a big differance in the appearance of the fence. This company also fabricates their own fence and because of this we were able to get a 6ft fence that graduated to a 4ft fence all in one piece. I was very pleased with this because I had pictured two seperate pieces of fence. The men who came out to install the steel posts came at exactly the time they had indicated and completed the work in about 4 hours . I was also impressed that the owner who initally came out to price the job also came out that morning to assure us that the overgrowth that we had explained over the phone to him would not be a problem. This made us feel much better because we had cleaned the area a few weeks before and taken out about 12 brown bags of leaves, dead limbs that had fallen out of tress and bamboo that needed cutting in order to put up the fence. All went well that day with digging the holes, filling with cement and putting in the steel posts. A week later (after the posts had dried in the cement) the men came to actually put up the fence. They were great and the very helpful in determing how the fence should be placed as the ground was not level. They were excellant and the fence was up in about 2-3 hours.
