A superb, professional, highest quality experience.

I couldn't be happier with the job RB Queern did, i.e., recommending the new Triangle Tube boiler, installing it, and removing the old Burnham unit. The work took all day and when it was done, I had a new gas heater that was so cleverly tucked out of the way, now I have so much more room in the basement for my studio! Couldn't be happier!

They do very high quality jobs, come when they say they will and finish when they say they will. There are no surprises and they are reliable.

Our 60 year old boiler was rusted and leaking (and 40-60% efficient!) so we decided to replace it before the next heating season began. I called a number of heating companies for estimates and many did not even return my call. The R.B. Queern company responded to my call promply and sent a rep (Ron) to collect information about the job. He was on time for the appointment, professional, knowledgeable, and was nice to my cat who adored him. He clearly understood the challenges of installing the unit in an antique (1767) house. The bid (not an estimate) arrived exactly when promised. While Ron had cautioned me to expect their bid to come in somewhere in the mid-range of estimates I was requesting, the Queern bid actually came in the lowest. The bid was detailed and clear- I knew exactly what I would get for my money. I had a few questions that were answered satisfactorily, and the boiler was installed right away. It took one day from start to finish. The plumbers who installed the unit were clearly experienced and were willing to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how to get the most efficiency out of the boiler. They left at the end of the day with no mess left behind.

They were very competent and they worked fine. So, I asked them to come back a month later to do the heating and air conditioning checkup for the winter. They also replaced the filters and did everything that they should have done. So, they worked out very well. They charged me $700 for heating and cooling checkup. They also charged me extra for filling the Freon. It was an emergency situation. I was very pleased with them. They were very responsive and competent. Even though different men came out each time, they all seemed to know what they were doing. I used to go and look over their shoulders, which I think was very annoying. I felt like I was treated very fairly. They were extremely responsive in terms of coming out in the middle of peak period and helping me get back on my feet. However, I felt they were expensive. I got what I paid for, though. I will use them again in the future.

We have been very happy with them and will definitely continue to use them. We have oil heat, so it has been very nice having them around.

Technician was 5 minutes early for evening appointment. Performed an annual maintenance cleaning of old oil boiler. Very thorough and efficient. Stayed late to get the job done properly (for an additional fee of course) Since I knew nothing about boilers he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. This company is known to be a bit higher in price, but their service more than makes up for this increase.

The gentleman that came out was polite, very thorough and paid close attention to detail. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

They've been very helpful. They were very professional and responsive to my need. They're busy, but if you have an emergency they will come out. I would recommend them to others.

IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF WINTER WHEN OUR BURNER BROKE DOWN, SO I WAS HAPPY WHEN THEY COULD COME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. THE PARTS AND LABOR THAT THEY CHARGED ME SEEMED PRETTY REASONABLE GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

THEY COST A LITTLE MORE THAN SOME OF THE COMPANIES THAT I HAVE USED, BUT THEY GO DOWN THEIR LIST AND MAKE SURE TO CHECK ON EVERYTHING. I LIKE USING THEM BECAUSE THEY CAN HELP ME AVOID PROBLEMS AND DO A GREAT JOB.
