RB Queern & Co has been in business since October 1994. Our main goal is customer satisfaction and we do everything in our power to achieve that. We have nine qualified, licensed technicians who we pride ourselves on calling the best in their fields. The staff in our office is more than qualified to assist you in scheduling and any questions you may have regarding the heating or air conditioning systems in your home. We pride ourselves on our education, which we're continually advancing to better serve your needs. The schools that we're qualified from as well as our licenses and their numbers are listed on our website, http://www.rbqueern.com. For a full product and service list you can also visit our website. As far as billing procedures, we are strictly a COD company. We accept all major credit cards along with cash, checks, and money orders. For more information, or if you have any further questions, you can reach the office staff from 8 am to 5 pm. However, if you are having an issue with your heating or hot water, such as the lack thereof either of the former, we have a 24-hr answering service. Simply call our number and leave a message with the service. They will then contact one of the service technicians to come out to your home and fix the problem. On our portfolio page of this site, we have a reference letter from a long term customer. Names and addresses have been omitted for privacy, however the sender stressed they'd be happy to help spread the word about RB Queern & Co.
