Description of Work: Serviceman replaced the "igniter" in my gas stove. The oven had not been heating up properly. He also fixed the door handle on the refridgerator. Diagnositic fee for the oven was $80.00 and $50.00 for the second appliance, the fridge. Both fees were applied to fixing the appliances.

Description of Work: I called early in the morning, was on hold for quite some time, forwarded to the voice mail to find out they were in a "staff meeting"; I left my #. I didnt hear from them all day, called later (1700) and got an annoyed operator. When she found that I had not purchased my appliance form them (actually, I didnt know since it came with the house) she said they were only accepting service calls from people who had purchased their appliance from them. If so, they shouldnt be listed under repair. Her bored/irritated tone of voice, and the lack of a return phone call, ensures I will never buy anything from them (and had planned to explore a major upgrade to my exhaust hood at the time of repair). This level of customer "no-service" is too prevalent today, but their ads and the listing in Angies list made me think they were service oriented. I was sadly disappointed.
