Description of Work: Needed a microwave repair. Unit would not turn on- technian recommended replacement. Really like this unit and got a second opinion at Sears. Unit is heavy and wanted to avoid hefting it into the car- but since even a dump run required that- what did I have to lose? I put a $50.00 limit on the repair when I dropped it off. Problem was a $10.00(Or less) safety switch in the door. Told that it was a frequent issue- so it should have been the first thing to look at. To their good- the company did refund all or most of the service charges- but all in all not a good experience.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT WHEN I CALLED AND BROUGHT THE PART WITH THEM. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY TO GET EVERYTHING DONE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE LIGHT WIRE IN MY REFRIGERATOR.
