Brian is now my go to guy for all my computer needs. He is responsive & professional. My laptop stopped updating, he remotely accessed, and we agreed on an approach to take. When that didn't work we discussed several options, one of which was going to cost me about $120. We also discussed the option of a new laptop vs trying to fix this one. I brought it into his office so he could work on it. He called me 2 days later & told me I didn't need to go the more expensive route for repair. He thought there had to be another issue, kept digging & found the culprit - McAfee conflicts. So instead of trashing a perfectly good laptop (for my needs) Brian found the issue, resolve it & I only had a $90 labor charge. Brian kept on digging where many others wouldn't. I highly recommend Brian!

Brian stayed with it (as he always does) until I was absolutely satisfied it was working properly. And he did this all remotely from his service center! Brian ALWAYS bends over backwards to make certain I'm happy. And you can't beat his prices. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my computers.

Signing onto my computer remotely, Brian helped transfer files on old computer to external hard drive and reinstall on new desk top computer. He transferred all contact info on my email file and made sure the new computer was working satisfactorily. As this was a new Dell product, he recommended new image backup software that will seamlessly backup the computer to the external hard drive. He advised on security software and as I had Norton but Dell provided its own software, he advised going with the Dell sponsored product which carried us to June of 2016. We can then decide staying with Dell or going with Norton. Brian was on our computer for over an hour, then left as the files were backing up to the hard drive. This took over four to five hours (lot's of pictures and iTune songs) and he checked in periodically to see if that process was completed. When done, he continued to work on the conversion. All of this took about 2 hours and the price of $65 was certainly reasonable. I called him the next day with a few questions and he called right back. Another 1/2 hour of his time. Very responsive, very knowledgeable and very professional and answered all of my questions. No hesitation to use him again and highly recommend him.

I called when my computer would not restart. The technician talked me through the repairs and got the machine running again in less than an hour. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I hired Brian Cherry to set up my new computer and transfer all my files onto it from my old computer. He arrived on time and immediately started working. He was friendly and efficient, and he patiently answered my many questions. He had estimated that the job would take about two hours, and it did. A few days later I emailed him with a question and was pleasantly surprised when he called me back the next day?on a Sunday! All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely call Brian next time I have a computer issue.
