Excellent! He cleaned out the virus and improved the speed on my 8 year old computer, and priced out building a new one for me. Was not at all pushy. When I decided to replace the computer a few months later heis quote remained the same, and I was very satisfied with the work. He has been unfailingly responsive to all my subsequent calls for help.

I saw his reviews in angie's list and decided to call him with a question about my computer being slow. He was helpful before I had even decided to hire him. I told him that I did not drive and my computer was broken and he offered to pick it up at home free from extra charge. He gave me a quote for the price of the repairs later that day. The price was fair and I accepted, and he delivered the computer repaired to me the next day. We were so impressed that we asked him to fix another computer in the house. He also came by later to help us with a lack of internet connection and did not charge us anything extra for that. We were happy with his professionalism and we trusted his honesty.

We had a computer that would not complete the booting sequence, even in safety mode, with disk etc. Our son had some important files that he did not want to lose so we were very concerned that any repair would not wipe the hard drive. Brian diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the hard drive at our request & transferred all files to the new drive. Work was completed the next day & the price was exactly the price quoted. We were very satisfied & will be bringing him another computer with a similar problem soon.

Within 2 days we had the computer back, no data lost, everything seems to be working great and for the price quoted! My grandparents are thrilled and so am I!

Brian Cherry was terrific to deal with. He actually completed the job ahead of schedule. He worked on the PC over the weekend because we needed our PC back quickly, and he completed the job at less than the quoted price. He was professional, understanding, and easy to get along with. I will absolutely recommend him to others for their PC repair needs and I definately would go to him again when the need arises. Really good experience overall.

I called Brian on a Friday night. He told me he could start working on it that night. I dropped it off at his workshop around 7:00 pm. He called me back at 9:30 and explained exactly what was wrong and recommended I use a better anti-virus and spyware application. Brian called me the next day to let me know the PC was ready for pick-up.

The guy who came out came on time and did a good job. He was very professional and the price seemed reasonable too though I do not know a thing about computers.

Things had been very busy and bit chaotic around our household. I kept getting sidetracked from bringing in the computer to Computer RX. So Brian came by and picked it up for me. It was ready the next day as he had said it probably would but again, emergencies struck and I could not come by to pick up the computer. Brian brought it by later in the day. The cost was right on the estimate of cost. I had checked other places and repair rates. Brian's were very modest. The computer works great. He answered any and all questions I posed and couldn't have done more to make things work.

Brian spent a while with me right when I called trying to handle the problem remotely. Though he didn't figure out what was causing me problems then, he learned enough to know I could use the everything but the Internet if I disabled my Internet connections. As I couldn't bring the computer in immediately, I could at least use and backup important documents. When I did bring the computer in, Brian turned the job around quickly. He had quoted me a price and stuck to it even though the job ended up being more labor intensive than he thought it would be. He explained hard drive life to me and it was my decision to have him replace my 8 year old hard drive, the price of which was included in my less than $200 charge.
