The team of three arrived on time and started to work immediately. I was working from home and they worked quietly which allowed me to concentrate on my work. Nothing was broken and the house is very nice and clean now. Jack did give me an estimate but indicated that the final bill would be for actual hours spent. The team did spend an extra hour so the price was higher than I was told, but then I thought Jack underestimated the time, so I was happy to pay the extra for a job well done. The team was kind to my dogs which is a plus moving forward with the team.

They cleaned a few times, usually we were happy but it just seems we didn’t continue to get the same level of service after the initial cleaning.

I've had J&M cleaning my house for several months now and I couldn't be more pleased. The ladies do a great job and are very patient with my very large, and very nosy dogs, who absolutely love when they visit.

I contacted this company via Angie's list and heard back right away on what they can do for me. We are putting our house for sale and wanted it cleaned thoroughly before the showings started. I came home at lunch time to meet the cleaners and go over what I was looking for. Two ladies and I did a walk through of everything. My husband was asleep during their cleaning hours, I left to go back to work and didn't hear anything from Jack until it was done. Jack called and said that it took a little longer than the scheduled 3 hours, by 30 minutes which was fine with me as long as everything was done. I got home around 730pm that night just as my husband woke up and we did a walk through and were very impressed with everything. It smelled cleaned the moment I walked through the door and we've been able to keep it up.

They did a great job. Very nice people to deal with.

The team did an excellent job. They went through every room of my living space, cleaning and vacuuming the grit from every surface. They worked methodically, but quickly, brought their own equipment and used only natural product as I requested. It seemed that in no time, they accomplished work I would have spent many days trying to get done. They were pleasant to deal with and worked well as a team. I brought them back to clean the back cellar where the cement dust and debris had fallen through the construction. The cost of the job was more than reasonable. I would have them back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for bringing back my sanity.

Michelle and the girls are very particular and do a very good job. I am very comfortable having them in the house when I am not home. They are particularly kind and respectful of our new fur child; Layla was a rescue dog and VERY scared of newcomers. She now will go to Michelle, April and Sue especially if she sees her brother, Burton, is comfortable with the girls. Excellent in every way. Our usual housecleaner has been out for quite a while with a health issue, so the house was quite dirty! They got it beautifully clean with nice detail (e.g., cleaning the woodwork) but not obsessive detail. (I had once hired a cleaning service that did a lot of detail I didn't ask for and then I had to pay for that). This company used common sense and did just the right level of detail. The house looked absolutely beautiful when they were finished. They came on time, charged what they said. I would use them again in a pinch; we do have a regular person. If we didn't I would hire them regularly.

My cleaning team was April and Ashley, sometimes Sue also. They are both very sweet and friendly young women. J&M Pro Cleaning are a pet friendly company. I have 3 cats and a dog, they were aware that the cats were inside only, so I did not have to worry about them getting outside when the team went in/out for things. This is my 3rd time using this company and I have nothing bad to say about them. Jack the owner, he will email me the next day to see how things went, or if something was overlooked, etc. Jack is also very friendly, he and his wife own the company, so their employees are like family to them. Which is one of the reasons why I chose J & M, instead of some bigger company which feel so impersonal and cold. Jack will also send me an email a couple of days before to confirm an upcoming appointment. Whatever you need done just ask the team while they are at your home or just send Jack an email to let him know what you want done. If you want the team to use cleaning products you prefer, that is not an issue at all. Jack is in constant contact with the team while they are here. The first time I used them I had them do a deep cleaning of the house, and the last two times were just regular cleanings although they looked like deep cleanings because the team is so thorough. J&M offer so many services, if there is something specific you would like the team to do just let Jack know. I am now on a standing schedule with J&M Pro Cleaning.

It was easy to contact and deal with this company. The responsiveness was great. They cleaned our house before we moved in and did an okay job. The toilet had rings and the shower wasn't wiped down very well. The oven was supposedly cleaned but didn't look it. They didn't wipe down the ceiling fans, which I would have hoped they'd do as the place was vacant and should have had the time. I was underwhelmed considering the primo prices (over $400 for a vacant house, albeit a 5 bedroom) at the actual cleaning of the place. Like I said, the responsiveness was good but I don't think I'd pay those prices again for just an okay job.

3 girls arrived on time and immediately started to work. cleaned every inch of the house except the windows , which we knew were not included. they scrubbed all the wood work, including six luvered doors in the bedrooms. Two bathrooms were cleaned on their knees. Glass shower doors have not been this clean since they were new. Kitchen sparkled. My wife and I could not be happier. J and M start a regular bi-weekly cleaning on Monday.

I found J and M through an Angie's List search for a housecleaning service. We have two dogs and a 1-year-old son, and I wanted an all-over clean before my son's 1st birthday party. I emailed J and M and received a quick reply with an estimate for the services. I found the estimate reasonable, so we made an appointment for following week. Michelle and her team arrived right on time and were very friendly -- our two boxers also liked them a lot. One of the reasons I hired J and M was their relationship with the Humane Society, and I loved that all of the women were completely comfortable with the dogs. I work from home and had no trouble at all - they worked hard and proficiently. They were here a little over three hours or so and I couldn't be happier - they did a fantastic job!

I find them to be honest, hard-working, & extremely competent. They're very accommodating to my schedule & they're also good with my cats. I don't have to worry about them getting out while they're here.

After speaking with Jack on the phone and getting an estimate for a first-time, deep cleaning, we scheduled a date for the crew to come to our home. Michelle and her team were friendly, professional and prompt.They actually liked our hyper dog and 2 cats and I felt very comfortable having them clean our home. They were extremely thorough, cleaning our large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living and dining room, and a family room and sun room. Two workers were there for over three hours and then a third worker joined them for another hour or so to finish up. They were actually there longer than Jack's original estimate, but Jack called and said that he wouldn't charge me for the overtime. I felt it was fair to split the difference and tip the crew. Honestly, I am thrilled to have found a reliable and effective housecleaning company after many years of trying to do things myself. I have hired the J & B crew to clean our house on a bi-weekly basis and they were here again Feb 14th. (see above) Michelle, April and Mikayla are lovely and do a great job. The email follow-ups, scheduling and reminders from Jack are very efficient and helpful. I think I've found a long-term house cleaning company - hooray!

I first made contact with Jack, the owner, who came to my house, looked over the job and provided a reasonable quote for services. The team (including the other owner Michelle) showed up on time, did a fabulous job at the price we agreed on. They were friendly, professional & efficient & impressed me with the quality of their work. So much so that I have been using them on a bi-weekly basis since then. When the need arises, I leave a list of tasks that I would like to have the team concentrate on. The team completes the list efficiently, thoroughly & without complaint. I couldn't be happier & highly recommend J & M Pro Cleaning.

The cleaning team arrived promptly and were at all times pleasant and courteous. When asked which areas were priority I expressed that priority be given to woodwork, particularly the doors. Actual price paid was more than the estimate which would ordinarily be perfectly acceptable, as it took longer than expected, however the work was not of an acceptable standard. Follow up email correspondence from the company was prompt when I had the opportunity to explain that the doors had not been cleaned, in some areas looking worse than before, due to residue streaky dirty water marks. The floors had not been cleaned properly most likely because very little water had been applied to the surfaces therefore any marks that needed to be removed remained. The bathrooms, kitchen area and all over vacuuming was satisfactory. It was very disappointing therefore to discover after the cleaners had gone that I had to get out my cleaning stuff to do the job properly; defeating the purpose of employing a cleaning company. It is because of this that I would say that $375 is not good value. The company did apologize, but also disputed the possibility of streaky dirty residue. They offered to set up another appointment "at no extra charge". I declined the offer as I had already cleaned. Further to my initial review, and specifically in reply to the Provider Response, I add that I did not inspect my home prior to the cleaning team's departure. The team did not ask if I was satisfied; they said they were finished and I thanked them for their time. Tipping is my custom particularly when I know that generally many people who work in the service industry are not typically well paid. I have no wish to further this "tit for tat" conversation as I have no wish to damage your reputation, but rather report the matter as it is, which is the point, is it not, of a review.

Staff was very pleasant and worked diligently. They missed some areas, but the rooms needed a lot of work and we thought everything looked much better when done. The cost was higher than expected ("Total estimate" given was only for one person, and 2 were sent out, so cost was twice what we expected)

.After calling them the first time, they arranged to come for an interview and go over the house. Jack and Michelle came on a Saturday to check the house. I liked them immediately. It was around Christmas of 2010, so we agreed they would start after New Years. They left me with a sheet explaining everything they would do in each room. I have a cat who is shy and hides. Animals are no problem as Michelle is an animal lover and has a cat and dog. They have been cleaning for me ever since. All their cleaning products are organic and not harsh.
