Description of Work: I thought I had a roof leak because I had a crack in the ceiling. Sean came by and looked at the roof outside, and then asked to see the ceiling crack. He concluded that the roof is fine - that the ceiling is cracking due to old plaster (the house is 100 years old) and that someone painted the ceiling without using primer. He said my roof has another 5 years of life left. Imagine a contractor telling you that his services are not needed! I'd call that honest. You know I'll call him when I do need a new roof in a few years.
