He did exactly what his estimate stated and a few other items while he was here.

Paul was prompt in responding to our inquiry and getting out to our home to give us an estimate on repairing a few tiles in our bath tub. He gave us a great quote on parts and labor. When I called to set up the date for repair, he gave us a much higher price than originally quoted. We wound up going with someone else who did a great job at half the price.

Paul was excellent. Not only did he come over immediately after I called him, he was professional, neat, skilled and fair priced! Will absolutely call Paul again.

He charges about $20 per hour and is the most detailed and meticulous handyman that you will find. He makes sure everything is perfectly even when he puts up draperies and mirrors.

Paul was excellent! He'll be my go to handyman from now on. He was able to do the job perfectly and I've found he's the most responsive handyman on Angie's List. He can even suggest other contractors if the job is beyond his capabilities (in the past I had called him about fixing my floor). After he learned I got him through Angie's list, he gave me an extra 10% because of the current special he was running. I had no idea he was running a special. That's honesty that's appreciated. Overall, A+. I'll definitely use him again.

Some jobs Paul won't do because they're not worth his time or they take too long (repairing part of the cellar ceiling, for ex), but what he did do he did well and was prompt, pleasant, reasonable.

I have used him for about for a year. He is a terrific guy as a individual and a handyman, fist class. I find his rates are fair. He is very reliable. If something is not fixed right he will come the next day and fix it.

Paul returned my call right away and came to look at the job within a few days. We set up a time for him to do the work and he called to reconfirm the day before. Paul is extremely professional, personable and neat. In particular, I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I am very pleased with his work and will not hesitate to use him again and to pass on his name. He is a gem!

He was timely, courteous and professional throughout our dealing. It was a pleasure to hire someone of his level. He was also meticulous in his work and cleanup. As I had mentioned my only consideration was in the area of price.which seemed a bit steep.

Contacted Paul for some broken/cracked tiles in the kitchen/bathroom via phone and was answered promptly. Paul arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and did a good job on the requirements. Very professional and detailed on the job taks and even take some before and after pictures of the work. We are happy with the results.

I contacted Paul via email and quickly heard back from him; we set up a time for him to come over on a Saturday and give an estimate on work. Satisfied with the estimate and his professionalism, we communicated via email to set up a mutually convenient return trip to complete the work we discussed. Paul was on-time, did a first-rate job on each job; checked with me to ensure I'd be happy with the placement of things. He was real good at offering suggestions and recommendations. He was very professional and very tidy; cleaned up each work area as he went. He even gave me a recommendation for a painter that could do a future project (repairing and painting cracked walls) for a better price than he could offer. I will hire Paul again for certain. It's nice to have everything done!

Not much to tell. I am very happy that I called on Paul - I just needed caulking, and got a neat sparkling bathroom as a bonus. By the way, he has plastic booties (the kind they use in a hospital), and puts them on top of his boots to protect the floor. Impressive. Another nice touch: during the preliminary visit, I asked Paul how much time the job should take (in order to plan the rest of my day). He was able to give a pretty good estimate.

Paul showed up on Saturday at the agreed time and walked through our list of items. Of the eight or so, he fixed two right then, for free. Power washing the deck was on the list and he recommended that I try bleach first and if that didn't work then he'd give an estimate for washing. He agreed that our 40-year old back door lockset needs to be replaced and suggested that Harvey's Ace hardware store in Needham might be a good source as they do locksmithing. He also suggested that we call a plumber to address a clogged drain issue. He is coming back to re-grout a leaking shower and to free up some painted-over interior sliding storm windows, which he showed me how to do, but I asked him to do it. His estimates seemed reasonable so we asked him to do those jobs. He will call us in a week or so to set a date and time. Paul couldn't have been nicer and struck up a conversation with our 2 1/2 year old grandson who insisted on being involved in the process.

We contacted Paul by email. He responded very promptly and he came out to review the work and give us an estimate the next day. We had not yet ordered the shower door that was being installed (replacing existing shower curtain), so Paul gave us some helpful advice on what to purchase. He also offered to pick up the door for us free of charge, so that we could avoid a delivery fee. The door took about 3-4 weeks to arrive in the store after we ordered it, and Paul was very flexible with scheduling. When the door was in, Paul picked it up for us (again, without charge) and arrived precisely on time. He explained all of the work, and completed the job efficiently and exactly within the estimate. His workmanship was first rate. We added one small job at the last minute (fixing a broken bathroom drawer front), which Paul completed in about 15 minutes and didn't even charge us for. We discovered one very minor problem with the shower door - one of the handles was a little loose. Paul came out and fixed that as soon as we let him know (turns out it was due to a defective washer that came with the shower door), and it is fine now. Paul's hourly rate is on the high side, but you get what you pay for. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend him.

I called Paul and he came by to review a list of tasks I had. A few of them he passed on because they were meant for a professional (like a licensed electrician). One of the tasks he passed on he gave me a recommendation for. I was glad he only took on the tasks he knew were appropriate and that he could do an excellent job on. Paul called to schedule a time and he came by to complete the tasks we discussed (he was on-time). He was very clean and worked quite fast. He asked appropriate questions along the way to make sure I was happy with the position of items (the shelving system and the numbers). He was thoughtful to use almond and white caulking on our tube to match the two different strips of tile and the tub. I was blown away by his clean and professional caulking job. It has been a month and it is preforming great! Paul was amazing! He was professional and had great suggestions. His work was top notch. He was experienced and I will absolutely hire him again!

Wonderful! He told us how we could make these simple repairs ourselves and gave us some tips on two other projects which were beyond the scope of his work.

The work was relatively minor, but Paul was so professional, courteous, and had suggestions to offer us with his years of experience that it was clear he took each job seriously. He came to do the work, and in the course of the next several weeks, wound up coming back several times for a multitude of reasons. Any other handyman would have let it go, but he always followed up with us by email a few days later, and if there was any inkling that something (grout, caulking) wasn't working for us, he came right back to try something different. In fact, several months later he emailed to check in and see how the work had weathered. His attention to detail and genuine caring about the quality of work he performs is a rare thing these days. There aren't enough superlatives to describe our experience with Paul. He is our guy for all our handyman work without a doubt.

His name is Paul Chaset. He is fantastic. He is just like the best handyman that I’ve ever used. He’s very punctual and he always does what he says. He does it quickly. He came one day and he gave the prices right on the spot. He came back the second time with all the supplies and just got everything done. He was in and out in one day. He’s great and there are still other good things about him. He doesn’t say he can do things that he can’t do, unlike a lot of other people who say that they can do things like hang my drapes and then they don’t know how to do it. He would say things like if I need an electrician for a particular kind of job and it’s not his job to do it or maybe I need a plumber for some other job or maybe a roofer which is not a job for him. He does not hang flat screen TV sets but he told me two places that did and he was also really great. I’m pretty handy myself and he would say that he could do something or I could do it. He had a lot of very simple fixes for things around the house like how to keep my doors from sticking. I just took my screen doors today to get the screens replaced because he said that if he did it onsite, it would be $100 so if I had somebody else that could do it cheaper, then I should use them and he would do the other things. He was just great. He was just really exceptionally good. I will use him again in the future.

Paul promptly gave us estimates for 3 jobs. When we were ready to have them performed, he was able to do them even sooner than expected. He arrived on time and completed the jobs perfectly. In one area, where he wasn't sure if the material would match well, he went out and got another material to make sure it would match and said he wouldn't charge for it if it wasn't a good match. We were very happy with the jobs and would recommend him.

Great from start to finish. Estimates done on Saturday, work preformed the following week.
