We are very pleased with the screen repair and Paul's responsiveness. He first came to look at the job and was able to repair the screens timely before an important appointment. Paul is professional, trustworthy and we will call him again.

prPaul returned my call promptly and worked around my busy schedule to set up an appointment quickly - timing was critical, as I had a houseful of guests arriving for a Labor Day weekend party. I was amazed at how much he accomplished, in a very short amount of time! Paul was extremely detail-oriented in his approach to the repairs and had all of the odd bits and pieces needed to do all of the work on the spot in his truck - no need to run out to the hardware store or make a return visit, as I'd experienced with other handyman services in the past. But the most surprising part of the experience was what Paul didn't do - talk me into doing useless repairs. I had originally contacted him about replacing a number of missing tiles on my entryway floor. After careful inspection, Paul determined that difficult-to-detect problems with the old subfloor would not permit anything but very temporary repairs to the area and that a permanent fix would cost $$$$. Because I was working with a very tight budget, he suggested that I use an inexpensive area rug to cover the problem. He also gave me advice on how to fix a few other things that I could easily do myself, again saving me money. My house is old, and has needed a lot of work over the past 5 years. In my experience, it is rare to find skilled professionals who deliver on what they promise. This service was the rare exception!

Paul was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I sent him a message via Angie's List, and he got back to me within hours. He was flexible and accomodating to my schedule. He came out within a few days, and was able to provide me with a detailed written estimate. He also had helpful money saving suggestions. Best of all his estimate was significantly lower than another handyman that I had contacted via Angie's List. We were able to schedule the work quickly, and he was right on time. He ended up staying longer than anticipated because the wooden floor underneath the tile was in bad shape. He was able to use the extra tiles that I had on hand which saved me quite a bit of money. He did a great job on everything, and was very neat. I was so impressed with the bathroom tiles I asked him to take pictures I could post! He was originally going to realign one of the screen doors on my breezeway. However, he later discovered it was crooked as a result of the foundation settling. (my house is very old!). Fortunately, he was able to easily fill in one of the cracks with caulk. (which he did not charge me for). In addition, he is a gentleman, and had no problem working around my three year old son and curious dog.

Very well. Very capable and honest. If he is not qualified to do something, he will tell you. I would use him again!

Paul is truly unique. I never thought I would say that of my handyman but I did enjoy our interaction immensely.

Paul actually did not do any work. He quickly responded to my inquiry and informed me that he did not do the work I needed done. He described the type of person I needed and did not attempt to sell me on anything else or attempt to do work he was not qualified for. If I ever need work in his area of expertise, I would absolutely call him. Very professional and responsive.

Perfect-Perfect-Perfect Paul was easy to work with and did a perfect job!

Paul was extremely responsive. He answered my inquiries quickly and it was easy to set up a time to get the work done. Paul was timely, worked neatly, and came in under his original estimate. He even recommended some other professionals for other projects I need to have done. I am thrilled with the work he did and would recommend him without hesitation.

Paul replied my call promptly, he gave me details on how he would fix the drawer, and gave out exact price. On the day of appointment, he came right on time, he used shoe covers, he finished the job within the time period he estimated. He was polite and neat. It has been a month since his fix, the drawer works much better than before! At the end I asked him to fix a toilet paper holder that has fell off, he charged $25 for it. It was also done nice and quick. Paul has good knowledge, it's very pleasant handyman experience.

When Paul grouted my shower/bath over seven years ago it had been continuously leaking into the kitchen. Not a drop has fallen since then so when it was time to fix the grout (seven years is a good long time) I of course called Paul. He is delightful, returns phone calls, comes on time, and works professionally and efficiently. After he left the house the doorbell rang. It was Paul. I had paid him already but he noticed, I did not, that he had contracted to grout around the sink and had forgotten to. That is the sign of a wonderful professional and craftsman!!

Paul was here twice--once to evaluate job and once to perform jobs. He was always on time, evaluated what needed to be done and how and explained fully. He passed on replacing some ceramic tile which had loosened over the 50+ years since installation but provided a reference to a very competent tile setter. When performing the jobs promised, he was on time, pleasant, very neat (he covered his shoes while working), and impressively competent. I will recommend him highly to anyone needing handyman help.

Attention to detail and a real professional! Paul came in to fix a number of different things - the largest problem being my master bath grout and caulking. He was very respectful of our home (covered his feet before coming into the house), suggested alternative ways to fix the cause of the problems (instead of just fixing the immediate problem and then having the problem re-occur), and kept me informed during the process to ensure that I would be happy with the results. I am pleased with all aspects of his work - an A+ in my book!

I had contacted Paul to caulk the bath in our daugther's bathroom. When we came I told him the master shower may also need caulking. He did it for the same price. So far we had had no leaking. He was very professional and courteous. The pricing was also more than fair.

Very well. I could not have put the chairs together myself. He has done work for us many times.

He removed old tiles, leveled the floor for new tiles, replaced and regrouted the tiles. We also had him regrout the tub.

As I had said above each and every time I have used Paul he was on time , professional and I never had a problem.

We contacted Paul because areas of glass tile in our shower were popping out and cracking. While other contractors tried to sell us on a big job requiring gutting the entire shower, Paul felt he could carve out the areas of water damage and do a good repair of the tile that would save us a lot of money. He was extremely prompt, responsive by email and phone. When he set up the appointment he got the job done on time and took pictures and emailed them. Very easy to work with and excellent communicator.

I had a great experience with Paul. He came out to look at what I thought was a small tile job, which he looked at and told me was not simple and required an expert. I appreciated that he was honest and he also gave me a great recommendation for a contractor to do the tile work. He helped me a little bit over email afterwards, too. Very very helpful person and while he did not perform services for me, I was very impressed and plan to use his services in the future.

We had a terrific experience with Paul on Call! We called Paul to set up a time for an estimate. He was very thorough on the phone and we set up a time to meet on a Saturday morning. He called the night before to confirm the time. My husband was impressed that he put on "booties" so he wouldn't get our floors dirty. He was very thorough, asked us a lot of questions, answered ours and gave us a very fair estimate for the work needed. He arrived this morning right on time with all of the tools and materials needed to get the job done. We went over the project beforehand and then he got to work. He did a terrific job and we are very pleased. It really looks great. He told me to be sure and call back if I have any questions or if I think we need a touch up. I think the hardest part will be keeping my teenage sons out of the shower for the day! Many thanks to Paul!
