Mike Pezza returned my telephone call promptly, then came to inspect the garage and survey the job the same day. He clearly explained the options - door replacement rather than repair, what styles and models were available. He was low key and informative, personable and not high pressure. We arranged for the replacement of 2 garage doors the following week. His crew arrived promptly the following Tuesday and performed the entire job in 4-5 hours. Work was professional and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Very positive experience.

Quote was lowest of three received for comparable product. Highest quote was from small local general contractor. Large, highly advertised garage door provider (Fagan Doors) quote was in the middle. Pezza Installer arrived on time, completed installation quickly, and cleaned up. Doors work perfectly. Product of high quality. Was mutually decided to reuse existing tracks, and I was given $50 credit.

THEY DID REALLY EXCELLENT WORK. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD THEM OUT TO DO WORK. THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS EXCEPT ONE LITTLE MISTAKE THAT I FIXED MYSELF.

PROFESSIONAL WOULD BE THE BEST WORD TO DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY. THE GUYS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND MADE MY GARAGE LOOK GOOD AGAIN. MY HUSBAND SAID THE COST WAS RIGHT.

THIS COMPANY IS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED, AND I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR FIFTY YEARS. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY HAVE A GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY A FEW TIMES. THEY WERE READY TO INSTALL EVERYTHING THE NEXT DAY. I LIKE THAT THEY EXPLAIN ALL OF THE STEPS INVOLVED AND THAT THEY DID NOT LEAVE ALL OF THE OLD PARTS LAYING AROUND.

I DID NOT ORDER THE BEST GARAGE DOORS THAT THEY HAD, BUT THEY WERE STILL PRICEY. THEY LOOK VERY NICE AND I SUPPOSE THEY WERE INSTALLED THE PROPER WAY. I HAVEN'T HAD TO CALL ANYONE BACK TO DO ANYTHING.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND RESPECTFUL. I ALSO REALLY LIKED THEIR REASONABLE PRICES. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. THE ALSO CLEANED UP THEIR MESS REALLY WELL.

WE NEEDED NEW MOTORS AND DOORS FOR THE GARAGE SO WE CALLED THE PEZZA COMPANY AND THEY HAD THE JOB DONE REALLY FAST. THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES FOR THIS JOB.

THEY SEEM LIKE THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I WASN'T HOME WHEN THEY WERE HERE BUT MY HUSBAND SAID THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
