They were wonderful! Everything was streak free! They are nice, family owned company. I would trust them with my home and I wasn't there. They've done jobs for the Handicraft Club for years and that was why I selected them. I would highly recommend them to other members.

I scheduled everything through Mrs. Lubera. She was very professional and punctual and their price was great! They did an amazing job and I will have them back next year! I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this company. Co-owners Joe and Sharon provide a very professional and high quality service with a great team. They responded immediately to my initial call, reminded me about their appointment time and actually arrived a little earlier which better fit my schedule. Their six man crew set up two washing stations inside for all the triple tracks storms and the rest of the crew worked the outside of the house. I also have tracks for the storms that become clogged with wasp nests--very common in old windows-- and they cleaned all the tracks and sills. Excellent job, very careful about leaving everything clean and neat. I needed to coordinate the fall yard clean-up with the date for the window washing and via a recommendation of theirs was able to do so. An all-around top notch experience. Have already recommended them to a friend. You cannot go wrong with Luberas. I am on their list now for regular service. One of the crew noticed that a window was not staying up and did a minor repair. The best.

They did a great job. They even took off my storm windows that had not been cleaned in about 40 years. They were very professional.

I have an older house with the old storm windows that slide down. They come every six months and put the storm windows or screens in. They also put the awnings up and take them down every year. They are really honest, I wasn't even home this time and left the door open for them. I trust them completely. I have 3 cats and 1 cat I was fostering in large cages in one room. One of the women who works there really likes cats, she talked to them and petted them because they were kind of upset. She called me and asked if I wanted her to let them out or leave them in. I had to tell her she could let 3 out and then keep the door closed and let the foster out just in that room, and she did that for me. I was going to have to go back there in the middle of the day to let them out and didn't have to because she did it.

Very smoothly! They brought all their own buckets, cloths, detergent, etc. They even had a tool to simplify washing the removed storm window panes one at a time, but timed their work so the one man was always busy cleaning the storm window panes. We have no complaints nor suggestions for improving their service.

We first contacted them before Christmas. They came to look at the job and quoted us $200 and said it would take 2 hours to complete. They were able to schedule us for January 13th. They called the day before to confirm. There was some question about the weather so we agreed that if it was raining hard they would call in the morning to reschedule. They were extremely professional, prompt, and pleasant. They showed up exactly when they said they would and went directly to work prepping and cleaning our windows. They finished the job within the two hours predicted and asked if we needed any other windows cleaned (garage). We said thank you but no. It was a great experience seeing all our windows clean and sparkling for the first time. I would certainly refer Luberas to anyone needing their windows cleaned.

I can't praise this company enough. This is the second time we have used them, and their low price and excellent service haven't changed. They arrived on time, did their job on our huge old house, got us ready for the winter, advised us on possible problems, cleaned up and replaced anything that had to be moved, and even asked me to look around before they left to be sure everything was to my satisfaction. PLUS, Joe saved me a bundle not covered by insurance by repairing a third-floor downspout. Amazing!

Was very impressed with the professionalism from the time I made the contact to schedule appointment. They exceeded my expectations. Called to confirm, were here on time, work was flawless. The cost was very reasonable given the quality of their services. Would highly recommend. Also recommended them for our son's house and he was also pleased with their services and was impressed by the professionalism of staff.

A team of 4 young men arrived promptly at 8 am on a holiday and proceeded to personal assigned duties by the manager and they were too the tee. Very professional and thorough! Great job!

I would have them come back, I thought they were reasonable. They did a good job and they came when they said they were going to come. It was 3 or 4 of them so they were gone within a half hour or 45 minutes, which was nice. I would call them back.

The service phoned the day before to confirm and showed up on time. They worked quickly and efficiently to the highest standard. One of the windows fell out and broke--not their fault--and the service is having it repaired at their expense. Needless to say, I gave them a generous tip. They left the site clean and were polite and friendly. I would recommend this service and will use it again.

There was a wait time to book. They did a great job, the windows have never looked better and it's so refreshing! Well worth the money. Only problem was some workers left dust and dirty footprints around the house. had to climb on our bed to reach one set of windows and left it disheveled and dusty. I should have moved it in the first place.

There was some confusion over the time of the appointment but otherwise they did a good job. They were quick, quiet and reasonably priced. I will have them again. Thanks!
