LUBERAS' WINDOW CLEANING

Their workers moved a lot of a tenant's papers and books etc without asking, causing a huge problem and some damage. WHen I called about it, I was subjected to a lot of abuse from a female employee when I complained about it. They also left equipment in the apartment. Then I got threats about not paying them. Go elsewhere. THe employee was way off base and did not handle the matter in a professional way. i had used them for years, so I was surprised at the vituperative reaction I got for bringing this to their attention.

while they did excellent work for me for years, but last year they really made a mess in the apt of a tenant who complained bitterly that some of her papers had been ruined. When I inquired about it and refused to pay this one bill (of many I paid) , I was treated in an insulting way by a woman who answers their phone. I think she has problems dealing with customers when something goes wrong.

Highly recommend. While I never met them, they were professional from start to finish. Due to my crazy work schedule, they came while I was at work and assured me it would be trusted family members only. The work was great, all my windows are spotless and they even did the glass panels on both exterior doors. I had no problems, and they were always good about returning phone calls. Also I felt the price was very reasonable.

Sharon and her family arrive and clean like a "white tornado!" They are quick, efficient, and do wonderful work. They are careful to avoid plants coming up in my gardens around the outside of the house. It is my springtime treat to have them come and freshen up our outside views and brighten the house. Super service, super family.

We have used Lubera's for years and recommend them without reservation. They arrive on time, do a fast and complete job, and never leave any mess. The crew is tidy and friendly. I never worry about the safety of the house, and as usual spent the time they worked here doing other things. Need I add our windows look beautiful!

Did their usual outstanding job! Neat, pleasant, put up with the two cats and the dog. Even removed some screwed in storms to clean the inner windows-- without my requesting it. Can't recommend them highly enough. Have had them for the last five years and my neighbors now use them as well. Have booked them again for this Fall.

The Lubera team did a great job. A senior member came out to measure the job, called with a quote and schedule, and were there as promised right on time. The team had to remove the storm windows, clean outside and inside of all, and reinstall all. We were very happy with the work and will be scheduling them for an annual return.

This company has been in business for over 40 years; the son manages it now. All members of the "team" (5) are family; very friendly, professional, and thorough. They answered all my questions except what solution mix they used for cleaning - a family secret! The sun is just going down, so we checked the windows - absolutely spotless! I selected this company because of Angie's listing and the customer feedback; anyone can be a "window washer", but only the good ones count. This company is all family and window cleaning is an art; their business survives on customer referrals and they do not advertise. Interesting enough, they didn't know what was on Angie's list until I told them. This is the first time I've used Angie's list; I felt it was the "safest" way of picking a window washer. Congrats on a well run program!

These guys were AWE-some! Polite, pleasant, proud of their work (which was great!), efficient, etc. The price was great! When I first called them (on a weekend, I believe), they contacted me that day, and actually rode by the house within a day or 2 to give a quote. They were just great!

She came over to count windows. She counted windows and doors and I only counted windows so our counts were off. I thought the price was reasonable but when she told me I would have to wait 6 weeks to get it done, I told her to forget it. I can get a doctor's appointment in less time. I hired someone else on Angie's List who charged half the price, came in 2 days and did a fantastic job.

The Lubera team did an impressive job: on time, quick (about one hour), excellent results, good fixed price. Also very nice people - a family team led by Sharon, who was our contact from beginning to end for pricing and scheduling. A pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommended!

They were extremely responsive and professional. I left a message explaining what we wanted done, and by the time we got a call back less than 24 hours later, they had already come by the house to count the windows, so they had an estimate ready. The estimate was much lower than expected for 30 12-over-12 windows -- $330. They scheduled a time to come, told us to expect the job to take about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. The team arrived exactly on time, and were done within 2 hours. They did an excellent job, and were extremely pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Called and left a message asking for a quote. Received call back and they left a message stating that they would be able to drive by the house and provide a quote and to call back if that was ok. I got a quote of $200 within a day. They might have had a cancellation because they said they could to the job the next day - which was great!! He also provided an approximate time of 10:30 but said he would call 30 minutes ahead of time because I work close enough to make it from the office in that time. On the day of service I showed up a little early and they showed up as promised. This was a no nonsense thing for these two guys. I showed him two windows I thought would need extra attention because they had a lot of old putty smeared on them and he said no problem and that didn't impact price. That's about it - these are not easy windows to deal with - old, heavy, some broken sash cords, etc..... the place looks amazing. Can't say enough good things about their work or their value. Honestly, I wish I knew about them years ago - my home would have been a LOT brighter.

The responsiveness to my inquiry was very quick and the people I dealt with were very professional and courteous. They were conscious of my convenience to have windows washed and when a date and time frame was set, were very punctual and very professional with their work. I would definitely recommend Lubera's to all of my friends and will definitely have them at my house again. A VERY satisfied customer. I highly recommend Lubera's.
