JJJ was outbid for the job.
Description of Work: JJJs estimate was the highest out of 3, but his professionalism and knowledge made it difficult to make a decision on who would best be suited to do the work. In the end, it really come down to money. My decision may have been different had this been interior work and will keep Jason in mind for future renovations.

Very dissastisfied!!!
Description of Work: i called an set up an appointment for them to come out and do an estimate of the work that I needed done. I was told they would show up on the 2nd of August. Not only did they not show up but I was not given a call to say they needed to cancel or reshedule. Very unprofessional. I guess they only want big jobs. In the winter they will be begging for anything they can get!!!

JJJ never had any record of this customer. We feel that she may have confused us with another company. For future refernce, as a rule, JJJ does not refuse work based on the "size" of a job or the season we are currently in. Generally, the only time work is refused is when we cannot accomodate a customers time restraints (or we cannot come to an agreement on contractual issues). JJJ NEVER just decides not to keep an appointment or refuses work. These matters are ALWAYS discussed with the customer. JJJ wishes the AL customer who posted this report much luck in her contractor search.
