They arrived on time, were courteous and accomplished my "priority" items. Very glad I took advantage of this offer.

The cleaners showed up promptly on time. There were 2 cleaners at our house for 2 hours (for the total of 4 hours). They were very thorough and worked hard throughout the 2 hours they were at our home. The deal was worth it as they were able to get a deeper clean then we normally get in our home.

The two women that came were gracious and professional. When I returned to my home afterward, I was very pleased!! They did an exceptional job! I'm not sure my home has ever so clean! I will definitely be recommending A Star To friends and will use them again in the future! Thank you!!!

It went well. I had a very pleasant experience with the woman who came. I could have been more clear in my directions, so I will take the fall on that. I just had to put items back in place after the cleaning was done. Also, my shower has never looked so clean--i don't know how she did it!

They arrived promptly and asked what I wanted to keep. They were polite and respectful. They completed the job in less than 2 hours - something that would have taken me an entire day. They were very efficient. I would highly recommend them to any one.

Two people showed up, one with a vacuum & the other a hand held duster. their truck bed looked dirty with stuff strewn around. They went into cellar. Family were home. I went to store. I returned in one hour. the truck was running. I said to the man you can't be done. I decided that I did not want a big confrontation I checked the job. it was really poorly done. I told him that I was not happy. I felt scammed.

She did well but not as detailed as I would have liked... window blinds not dusted.

House was ok... I paid for 2 people to clean only 1 showed up and they were over an hour late.

It went great ! The cleaning professional was Tracy and she is very good at her job.

This company was a dream to deal with. They responded right away and were able to reschedule when I had to due to a family emergency. Jessie and Zig showed up right on time (actually a bit early which is such a nice surprise). I have never seen such hard workers and coming from a family of them, that is saying something. I presented them a challenge - the basement had been neglected for a long time but they worked a miracle - never complaining and it is now spotless and organized. This is one of the best purchases I ever made.

The cleaning was adequate though getting an appointment was a bit of a hassle due to limited times offered.

I would not recommend this company. The cleaning that was done was incomplete. My kitchen sink was never even wiped down never mind cleaned. They would move something to dust and never put the item back in it's spot where they moved it from. I had to go around the house and move everything. The floors were washed with a dirty mop and there were so many streaks in the floor I had to re-do the floor. They left 10 minutes early that time could have been used to put things back.

I wouldn't know, they ignored my emails and calls. Terrible, terrible service. They're probably servicing only the full priced customers and ignoring anyone who bought living social or Groupon deals.

It went well. There were a few slight mis-steps: the top of the stove was streaky after being cleaned, the wooden floor in the dining room still had some bits of debris after being cleaned and the tile floor on the back porch wasn;t thouroughly cleaned, but all in all, I'd say they did a good job. The cleaners were polite and efficient.

It went quite well. I'd say about a B+. The two cleaners were very pleasant, very polite and did the job.

Jesse and Robert were fantastic! Very polite, professional and hard working. Showed up on time. While the promotion did provide for 2 men for up to 2 hours of removal and hauling, I decided to focus on the hauling portion. I had gathered all of the items to be removed and placed on a tarp in the driveway. These men were great. Even though it was a haul away they treated me and my items with respect. Very safely packed the truck and then tied everything down after placing a tarp on top of the items. I will use their services again! I highly recommend their services. They also can do contracting/remodeling. They do far more than just hauling.

It was near impossible to get a hold of the company. They kept saying it was Angie's list fault b/c Angie's list redid the message center. They told me to email them personally, which I did on several occasions and I received no reply. They asked for my phone number, and I gave it to them, yet no call. At one point we did almost had something scheduled but then it fell through because communication took so long. After that they told me they would "check their schedule" to reschedule and I never heard back from them, even after following up a few times. From looking at other reviews, it seems this lack of responsiveness was characteristic of the company about a year ago. They since seem to have some better reviews, but I would beware of this company, as you don't know whether or not you actually will get the service performed. Thankfully Angie's List gave me a refund.

I would have been happier if they had been able to provide the service but at least they were professional about handling the situation.

I contacted Tracy and she responded promptly the same day and set up a meeting for the next day to look at the apartment and review my cleaning needs. I must say that Tracy when we met was sympathetic to our plight of having a tenant leave the apartment in such terrible shape, she talked to her partner to find the best price for the most cleaning. When they came to do the job the following Sunday they were bright and friendly despite the daunting cleaning job. Those three women worked harder then anyone I've seen before and did so with a smile and a laugh. I was simply amazed by the amount of cleaning they got done. I was sure that we would have to refinish the floors but they somehow managed to magiclly make the floors shine like the day they were installed. I would use them for my cleaning needs again in a heart beat. I would not consider calling another company even if I needed to wait till they could schedule me in.

It didn't. Service was not provided.
