I wish I could had the option to give this company ZERO stars! I have never ever posted a negative review. However, I thought it was necessary to warn people about this "company". I had a service done for Thanksgiving, a full cleaning, and tipped ahead of time generously. Still, my family was taken advantage of by this company. An outside contractor was hired to clean windows and tall appliances. This was not mentioned to me ahead of time, no information about this entire "cleaning" was emailed to me prior. During the time they were here, the contracted company broke an antique light fixture that we had in the home. I was very pleasant about it and contacted the owner of "A Star Quality Cleaning Services" afterwards. This was not the only issue that was found. After the girls rushed out of the home to get onto their next client (without providing a walk through as discussed), there were many rooms that still had areas left that were unclean. We had just moved into an older house and didn't expect it to be immaculate after. However, what transpired the following interactions with Tracy was the WORST I could ever imagine experiencing!!! I called and emailed afterwards with pictures to show the job that was done. She initially promised to come by a later date as she was out of town and we would arrange a time. I was promised a partial refund to make-up for the disappointing services and broken appliance. She told me a time and date, NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED BACK. She told me I was "playing games with her" when I had to reschedule because my grandfather passed away! The message I got from her after trying to reschedule was absolutely atrocious and unbelievable from a supposed business owner or human being. She did not show up purposely for some terrible vendetta. After months of trying to get ahold of them for follow-up or to fix what THEY BROKE I have been left aside. I hope no one ever has to go through this with them. For your sake, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Smooth in every way. Very friendly and competent.

They were professional, efficient, on time and cleaned up after themselves. 6 windows and a hole in the garage roof repaired in one morning.

Didn't clean bedrooms I thought they would do light cleaning in.

Men were professional, knew what they were doing, and finished all the tasks I had marked for a "handy man for a day" deal. Scheduling was a significant problem as scheduler did not return calls or emails in a timely fashion.

Bought the Angie's List Special Deal and scheduled them to come to our house for 4 hours of cleaning. They confirmed the date/time. However, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP on the scheduled day. Tried to call them 5x and emailed them 3x, but they still haven't responded. Now I'm trying to get my money back for the service that they did not perform. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Stay away from this company!

It didn't because I have not received a call or email back to schedule an appointment.

They did not clean well at all. I had to be there and had to take a day off from work. The other cleaning company came and I didn't have to be there. I would not use this company again. Poor work quality. They vacuumed poorly, didn't clean bathroom well. Poor work.

Still waiting (2 week) for an email or text to schedule this. I have asked 4x and they are still unresponsive. Its like they are on vacation or OOO.

Person on phone said that they would clean inside of refrigerator. When the people arrived they did it for an extra $20. They stayed for 3 hours and then I agreed to call back for the rest of the 6 hours I paid for but I never called back.. That's on me.

Excellent! They were truly the best workers and I have hired at least 2 others in the past.

We hired them because of an Angie's List special deal. Cleaning was fair, but they left a broken family heirloom behind with no note or explanation. When we contacted the company, they said they would send an amount in a check that would (minimally) cover some of the damages. We agreed to this; however, when we didn't receive the reimbursement that was supposed to be coming very soon, we recontacted them and have had no response, and it's been over a week. No response to our email, no check in the mail.

EXTREMELY well. I am delighted. I knew very little about what was actually needed to get the jobs done. They brought their own tools, sized up the tasks, and went right to work. in addition to the 299 for handymen work, I paid an extra 125 for debris hauling.

They never contacted me to schedule in over two weeks.

It took three hours. The work was very neat.

Great. Very thorough. Did everything I asked them to do.

It went very well. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. My only regret is that I did not have enough project to utilize my full time.

Scheduled cleaning service for 2 weeks before our baby was due. They called the day of and said they wouldn't make it. Rescheduled for today (2 weeks later). No show, no call, no response to phone calls and emails. I get it, you're busy, but I took the day out of work to be at the house for this. Please use some professionalism if you're going to run a business and advertise yourself as such. At the very least, have the decency to call when you can't meet an obligation or even less, respond when we call and email you asking where you are.

(We were a bit hesitant to hire another cleaning service after we had a nightmarish experience with the last cleaning service, J & M Pro Cleaning, that we hired through Angie's List. Our review was accurate but the reply to our review, left by J & M Pro Cleaning, led me to believe they must be talking about a completely different house! Never again!) However, A Star Quality Cleaning Company, LLC is AMAZING!! Our experience with Tracy was fantastic and we went on to book ongoing cleanings with this company. Scheduling was done via email and was super easy. The company went out of their way to accommodate us and Lynn was very nice re. the scheduling, etc. The cleaner, Tracy, was more than we could have hoped for! She accomplished more in two hours than the entire 3 person team from J & M did in FOUR hours! Tracy was friendly and professional. Her work ethic was enviable. She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing. I couldn't be happier with Tracy and with this cleaning service. I wish we had contacted them first! I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. No one should look any further than this company if you want AWESOME service at a VERY reasonable cost. VERY HAPPY!!!!
