Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. Now the area looks neat and will have color all season. They also tore out a driveway from our backyard, added loam, and hydroseeded the area. The job was complicated by a second driveway under the top one which called for more labor and loam. I appreciated his communication along the way regarding the additional expenses which were fair. The guys that did the work were professional and courteous. Joe came by with a care guide and also some extra seed to fill in our front lawn.
