Description of Work: Company showed up at my home in AM without confirming date and time with me for work. (Based only on 3 possible dates that may work, when I purchased Big Deal. I had specifically stated I needed an afternoon appointment if weekdays were the only times available. I also left a contact number to reach me.) My roommate was home when employee arrived so I spoke with the worker by phone who stated, "I don't know anything, I just go by the list." I asked him for a contact number and the name of a supervisor I could speak with regarding never having confirmed a date for work to occur. The employee stated he didn't have a number or contact person to give me and again stated he just goes by the list he is given for the day. I was bothered by the complete lack of desire to resolve any part of the problem at hand. I did speak to someone from the company (Donna), who was professional and appologetic about the scheduling issue and the employees attitude. I just felt uneasy and had concerns with anyone from the company doing work in my home given this experience.
