I called Don and he answered the phone, no VM which is rare. Said he could come out the next day and look at the problem. He was in my garage and had it repaired by 10AM the next day! I thought I needed a whole new set up, but he was honest and said that I didn't and he could repair what was wrong. Would 100% recommend.

I called Carr's in the morning and a service tech arrived that afternoon. The service tech was professional, courteous, and did a great job. Garage door works like it's brand new. I'm very happy with their quality of work and responsiveness. Will definitely use again.

The owner, Donald called me from the house furious that my tenant was not there eventhough she had explained she was on her way and arrived not 30 seconds later. Three days later the entire garage door snapped councidentally after working properly for 10 years. Very rude and when he called back he accused my tenant of lying on their whereabouts.

Terrible. All the guy they sent would say is that he couldn't do much but grease the sliders because our system was outdated. Unfortuneately I'd purchsed a "deal." What gyip

Excellent work! The provider was professional, prompt and worked hard to make an old creaky garage door work like new again. We thought he would have to do extra work to make the door work well (and think he may have), but weren't charged extra. We would absolutely do business with Carr's again. We got a great deal.

Overall well, but my garage door was not able to be fitted with the opener being offered. Carr's came by, took one look and said "no way".

Very Happy with the LiftMaster opener. It works great. My door also is in much better shape after the tuneup. The scheduling was easy and quick. The installer was very good and new what he was doing. Very satisfied with the whole process. Great Deal!

After an initial purchase of another Angie's list deal with this provider and being satisfied with their honest and candid assessment of the state of our garage door, Carr's Overhead Doors returned to both remove the existing garage door opener system and replace with a newer model with decent features. The replacement took less than 2 hours and he showed me what steps I could take to keep an eye on its wear and tear. I would certainly consider them again when I decide to replace my garage door entirely.

Appointment scheduling went smoothly, provider arrived right on time, explained what he would do as part of the deal I had prepaid for and what might be an additional charge. Door worked smoothly and safely when he completed his work. Additional time and expense was reasonable and worth it. Provider was courteous and competent. Donald came out to inspect my garage door, but determined most of the hard labor portion of the service (replacing rollers) was not necessary. He was informative, very helpful in giving me perspective of what to look for in wear and tear of the entire system in the future, and adjusted the garage door settings so that the door was at least functional again. He advised the motor be replaced. Although it was a short visit, it was worth the purchase of the deal.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional.

I was referred to Carr's from my builder but the customer service was so bad that I ended up purchasing my doors elsewhere. I made an appointment to review door options and the person came to my house with no materials and basically asked me what I wanted. When I didn't know - he told me to come to the showroom. I was surprised because I had gotten the impression that he would be bringing a bunch of materials to show me the options. So, I pressed him further and he finally went to his truck and came back to 2 door brochures and 1 door opener brochure and wrote a price on each. So, to give him the benefit of the doubt, I decided to go see the showroom. I looked up the hours online and drove down to the store. When I got there, the door was locked and two other customers were sitting outside - no one seemed to know where anyone was. There was a number to call on the door so I called. The guy answered and said he would call his wife and find out where she was and call me back. I waited 15 minutes - no call back. Then I called again and he answered and said that his wife wasn't coming back and we would just have to come back another day. I said that I was surprised that he had not called me back and his response was, "it is not my fault if my wife has a doctor's appointment". Needless to say, I drove away and started looking for another dealer. I used Overhead Door and they were fantastic.
