Brandon worked with my schedule to plan the repair. Arrived on time. Bo and helper were very professional, easy to speak with about the problem with my pressure booster system. They were in and out once they determined it was the tank and not anything else. The system is up and running like brand new. Great job and would highly recommend their company.

As I compared costs of equipment and labor, Shamrock was less expensive than some and more expensive than others. I selected them based on the questions they asked me and how they responded to questions I asked them. I am very pleased with my filter, softener, and RO kit they installed. My only issues where an early leak with RO kit, which healed itself and showing up late. On the RO kit, Shamrock ordered new equipment as was ready to replace when I waived them off as it stopped leaking. As for late arrival, get times from the crew vice dispatch. They have a much better understanding of drive times and commitments. I think these guys are great and would hire them again.

Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Explained what needed to be done before hand and then reviewed the new product and repairs afterwards. They used what was salvageable from existing units equipment so I felt they weren't trying to gouge me in a total all or nothing well replacement. I'd give a 10 ⭐️ rating❗

They were terrific, showed up on time, did the pump install for the price quoted which was an extremely competive price. They helped assess what would work best to forefill our need to increase the 32 lb water pressure that was being supplied by the The town of Framingham MA, the recommended pump raised the pressure easily to 65 lbs. which made everything fro washing dishes to better showers more effective. Shamrock are a "best in class" service provider in my opinion, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my neighbors.

Contractor was going to be delayed because he needed to get some parts. Courteous enough to call me prior to the expected time to let me know.

We called Shamrock on a Friday night when our well didn't work. They came to our house the next morning, and quickly resolved the issue. We were very impressed by their quick response, excellent customer service, and follow up. Would highly recommend them to others.

Fast call back, and was flexible in fitting me into the schedule quick. Customer service quality is off the charts. Brandon spent a solid 20 min w me during the initial contact getting info, educating me on my system, his diagnosis, and the options for equipment & service. After repair installation, I got a bunch more info on my type of well system in general (never been on a well before), what was done, what to expect from the equipment (both what was replaced, and what wasn't) and options for down the road etc. The work itself was done efficiently, and seems top notch. Final price was just about dead-on to his over the phone estimate (slightly cheaper actually). He answered any questions I had before leaving. Friendly, professional service, no BS, incredibly knowledgeable - I highly recommend Shamrock W&P.

The well seemed to have run dry on New Years Eve so I called Shamrock after what seemed to be a continuous low water level for the next few days. I received a quick phone call back with a verbal response over the phone. No BS just honesty. The well may just need time to refill. Give it a few days then call us if you have any issues. Finally 3 weeks later, there is no water and a definite need to call them again. They came out that day, tested everything and replaced the pump within an hour. Extremely nice and knowledgeable guys (Bo and Joel). Showed up on time and priced very reasonably. So nice to find a contractor that is honest.

Great Service. Well pump replaced the same day. Next day Expansion tank replaced as well. Well pump and Tank were 15 years old.

The two service techs were extremely knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. I was very impressed.
