The men did a good job they were on time and completed the project in a timely manner I would recommend them for any well service

Did a good job. Took a little longer than needed. I am updating my review. The well pump replacement was done on September 9, 2020. I never received a Receipt that explains the work done. I made several phone calls and was told I would be getting one. I was always asked to except a phone text. I do not use a cell phone and they know it. Apparent Shamrock will not use mail or email either! My last call was strange because Quote ""Shamrock only is interested in well water for homes not lawn irrigation. I WISH I KNEW THIS BEFORE HIRING THEM.

The job was done perfectly and professionally. The team was on time, friendly, cordial and extremely knowledgeable. They began to locate the tank and did so in minimum time. Once found, they dug it up, raised the lid and found a slight stoppage, which was all it really needed. But at my request they brought out the large hoses and completely drained the tank; which would last for years and years. But this service was only the tip of the problems I was having. Today I lost my loving brother to leukemia which was more than I could bear. They were tender and remorseful and said they would keep him in their prayers. In this company I not only found a highly determined and professional team, but more than that, wonderful people that I could get to know as friends. I highly recommend them for any of their services and guarantee you would not be disappointed. In every respect they were the answer to my prayers.

So we hired them to install a system when we purchased. He is a nice guy and tries but does not have enough staff or confidence in any of them to do a job correctly. There in itself lies the problem no one does the job after the install. Brown water for 2 yrs and never had a cleaning properly. He did just stop responding when I tried to get a cleaning recently. I do not know why. I say if you are not expecting great go there otherwise next...

Joe and Nick did a great job. They knew their work very well. However we were shocked with Bill. By checking on internet we learned the cost of pump is 400 to $500 Our bill was $ 1540 ????

We have used Shamrock twice now. Once for the well pump itself, and once for a filtration system. Both times they came out quickly, did an excellent job, and were easy to work with. I would hire them again.

i have used this company in the past for my well pump service and for that reason i was thrilled to learn that they do water treatment systems also. No high pressure sales tactics. I highly reccommend this company for not only water treatment systems but also any work related to wells. Prompt, affordable, well informed.

Really wonderful company to deal with! Very knowledgeable, professional and prompt-- Bo and Joel did a complex install for us (very neatly, I may add) and made sure that everything was exactly as we wanted. They very patiently answered all our questions and really were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend them highly!
