Bo returned my call as soon as I put my cell down. He helped me over the telephone answering questions about a new irrigation pump installation another company had just done. Can you believe it??!! I hold these folks in the highest regard...Simply THE BEST, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. This is a company that puts even their non-customers first! Bo was amazing. He switched his schedule to come all the way to Westfield Massachusetts so we would have running water. Him and his partner were both completely professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

I clled Shamrock at 10:15 PM not expecting to hear from the company until the following morning. To my surprise , I received a sall withgin 10 minutes to discuss my major situation anrd receive assurance that somo none would assess the problem at 9:30 the next morning. True to their word the company was there on time, inspected the project, schedule the the repairs for lthe next morning and agreed to provide two estimates later that day. Each estimate was eplained in detail. By mid afternoon, two estimates were received by email and work scheduled for 9:30 nthe next morning. The weather was a wet snowy day with temperatures below freezing and the job reqired Shamrock to dig through 3 feet of snow amd 4-5 feet of semi-frozen ground by hand to reach a broken waterline from the well to thr house. In a matter of 4hours the break was found, repaired and back filled. the weather prevented a perfect back fill: howevr, I was satisfied with the completion of the project. Later that evening , I called Shamrock with a question regarding the water pump and was walked through the solution. With my limited experience with Shamrock, I highly reccommend the company.

By far the best!! I called several well companies and these guys were accommodating, courteous and most importantly affordable! I can't say enough about Bo and Brandon. Class acts with a customer first attitude! I will recommend them to ANYONE needing well services!

They called immediately and were at property next day.

They were second to respond to my HA post (by 30 sec) but first to provide a quote. They arrived on time and fixed my immediate problem quickly and within the quote. The fix turned out to be simpler than what we first thought and they talked me out of doing the fix I expected. They explained what i should do to get my well system totally updated with various options and prices. I will definately consider them if I decide to do the updates.

He seemed to know exactly what was wrong with the well when I explained the problem we were having. Only will I know if he was correct when I receive my electric bill. If he was correct I will give him 5 stars across the board, anyone else I spoke to recommended much more work than he did.
