Excellent service and very nice people to deal with.

Three repair personnel were involved with this repair. The first repair person quickly identified the issue. Repairs required replacing a pressure switch and expansion tank. The first repair person was very capable of completing repairs but did not have a new expansion tank in his service vehicle. This repair personnel contacted the other two repair people to come to our residence with a new expansion tank which they did have onboard their service vehicle and complete repairs. The first repair person then moved on to another assignment. Within two hours the two repair personnel arrived at our residence and installed a new pressure switch and expansion tank. Repairs were completed in an hour. I observed the personnel completing repairs on a limited basis and found them professional, affable, knowledgeable while keeping their work area clean and neat disposing of waste parts in a professional manner. All three repair personnel answered all my questions without rushing me. Shamrock Well and Pump, LLC will definitely be our go-to service company for any of our pump and well service.

Bo was very nice, courteous and reliable. He called that he's going to be late and came a few minutes after. He told me first how much I would spend for the job, and if I would agree. I'll call him again if ever I have problem...

I was very pleased with the quick reply to my water problem. Talked to Bo who called me within hours and who correctly diagnosed the problem. They brought a new water tank to my home and installed it in a few hours. The technician patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company and would certainly call them again if needed in the future.

I referred this company to a neighbor. The neighbor is a low income single woman (widower). The technician did a nice job with the work necessary, but also sold her a new tank. It may be nice to have a new tank, but it was not necessary. I would have said no for her. I wasn't pleased with the up-sell.

This company provides very quick response. The request went through Home Adviser on July 4th. The response came back within hours. Pretty good for a holiday. The guys came as soon as we could arrange a time and date and proved to be very knowledgeable in their trade. They examined the water tank and determined which well pump would be best to install based on the overall use for the dwelling. Everything was explained in as much detail as possible and all questions were answered. Courteous, friendly, informative, task oriented, and efficient. Thanks to both Bo and Brandon, we had water flowing safely within a short period of time. I gladly recommend this company.

Unbelievable Service!! I called and within 5 minutes received a call back to confirm I would have a person over to take a look at my well pump and give me a free estimate of the services that would be required, if needed. After Brandon checked things out I was told that my well pump needed to be replaced, which I had an inkling that this was the case. Within a short time frame my well pump issue was diagnosed and repaired. I can’t say too much for these guys…they are very knowledgeable, professional and very courteous!!! Give them a call if you are having well issues. You'll be very pleased!!! I highly recommend and would like to thank them for such great service!!!

Awesome work! Bo called and gave me a quote right over the phone and we scheduled a time for them to come out. They called to let me know that they were on the way and arrived when they said they would. They looked at my well tank and explained every thing that they were going to do and they completed the project very quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them.

Great Service, Professionally Delivered by people that were polite and a pleasure to have at my home. I was having trouble with my well. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and completely explained potential solutions, then addressed the issue. We suffered from the ineptness of another local well and water filter company who had installed an expensive system that never seemed to work properly. When we first called Shamrock Well & Pump to take a look at the faltering system we had hopes they could help us because of their 5-star rating. However, we did not know if they could fix a system that seemed hopeless. To our pleasant surprise - through their expertise and patience, they got the system working again. Additionally, it is rare to find a company with professional AND pleasant people. We are so very grateful for Shamrock Well & Pump for their skills and knowledge of the industry, and also for their persistence in making it work and making us happy customers!
