Description of Work: I had a coupon from Angie's list; can't remember the exact amount. The cleaners were very professional and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I had initially purchased the Big Deal for three rooms of steam cleaning on carpeting for $99.00. When I called to set up the appointment, I also wanted the hallway done, as well...which was no problem. I spoke with, who I believe was either the owner,or manager, iniitially, and he was very professional and nice to deal with. The additional quote for the hallway was a nominal fee, but I also had a 15% off coupon through Angie's List, which I applied towards the total cost. A few months later I actually set up the appointment, so as to get in before the deal expired...though I had ample time. They arrived very promptly, and set up quickly, bringing in their equipment and working well together as a team. When they first arrived, they casually asked if there was any other rooms I needed done, so I decided right on the spot to have my florida room done too. I was very happy to know that this could also be accomplished in the same day, as I used to have a rabbit residing in that room, and the after-math of the required clean up had been atrocious. However, I did do an initial vacuuming before the crew came. The price they quoted me was very reasonable, so I was happy to have it added to my bill. I can honestly tell you that they did a phenomenal job, removed almost all stains...Only one they were not able to remove was in my daughter's bedroom, a red stain, which they explained can be some of the toughest stains to remove...probably nail poilish, or some type of dye from an arts & craft kit. When the carpets were finished, they looked almost like they did when we first put them in. I might also add, that the two crew members were more than happy to ablige by moving obstacles, and the not so heavy furniture without hesitation, and were more than happy to explain what they had done prior to cleaning up, packing up their equipment, and leaving...this was all accomplished within an hour and a half time frame. The next day, the owner/manager gave me a follow-up call, which I genuinely appreciated as it indicated that they care about the quality of their work, and their customer's experience. I would definitely use them again...and will. It was also nice to have it done before the holidays, before company comes to visit.
