Besides miscommunication about what time they would be there (reminder email said 8 AM and they did not arrive till 10 AM), it went very well. Great price for a lot of cleaning done! Very responsive also.

Great. They were able to come out a couple of days before Thanksgiving on short notice. They showed up when they said they would and answered all of my questions.

The Tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I showed him a few very soiled areas and he was able to completely clean them, he was thorough and never stopped from when he arrived till he left. The job was done in no time and looked great.

I received a call from SteamPro once they were within 20 minutes of my location. Once they arrived, I showed them what items were to be serviced. Both of the service techs seemed very knowledgeable regarding the scope of work to be performed. It took them just over an hour to complete the job. Before they left, they made sure that we were happy with the job, which we were. They were very polite and made sure that everything was in order before they left. I received a call on Monday following the service, from the SteamPro office to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I would recommend their services and would use them again.

Roland came on time and got right to work. He came previously to give me an estimate check on what was needed for the job. When the day came for him to work, he was on time, put up the beams that he had already cut to size in a neat fashion. He secured the stairs with the same precision. I would hire him again and will recommend him to my friends.

After talking at length with Steam Pro, it seems this cleaning service is not what I wanted. Their ad led me to believe they polyurethane the floors, but it seems they do a waxing, which I am not interested in. They agreed to cancel the service and told me to contact you for a refund.

One of the recliners had a lot of stains and he managed to take most of the stains off. While there I asked him to give me a price to clean an area rug. Usually other companies will give you a price for the extra item and have you make another appointment, but he was able to also clean the area rug at the same time. The only thing I didn't like was the product they used. I have allergies and it took a couple of days for the odor to go away. Overall he did a good job and I would have no problem using them again in the future.

went fine. the workers were courteous and honest. they told me the fabric on two of the furniture pieces would not lend itself to cleaning very well but they would do their best. i appreciated the directness.

I saw a deal on Angie's List for this service by this provider. A friend of mine already had been having them clean her carpets for years and gave them great reviews so I purchased the voucher. I called Jason and he promptly returned my call. I was not ready to set a date for the service so he told me to just give him a call back. When I called him back he said that with the freezing weather we were having it would not be a great idea to have the carpets done at that time as their equipment could freeze. I mentioned the date the voucher would expire and he said not to worry that they could come when the weather was warmer. He was very accommodating and professional. I then called him back and we set up a date for Monday, March 31. Well as luck would have it I had received a notice that I would not be be available that day so I called Steam Pro and they were again very professional and accommodating. We set the date for April 1 between 2-4 pm. Wayne arrived at our home at 1:50 pm, came in, introduced himself and then said he would get his equipment and begin working. He pre-treated the areas of the living room that were extremely soiled because of the traffic pattern and then cleaned the carpet and had me check it to see the difference and also explained that in the high traffic areas the padding under the carpeting was a bit lower and that was why the carpet may look a bit dingy when it dried completely. On to the family room where we have a darker green burber carpet. He cleaned that room and had me check that one also. I can honestly say that I have never had such consciousness people working in our home. He took his equipment back to the truck and then made sure that no water had leaked on the kitchen tile. He then asked for my email address and said I would get my receipt by email. The whole process took just over an hour. The next day Jason called and left a message on my phone saying he just wanted to be sure everything was satisfactory and that if I had any questions or problems to give him a call. I was astounded at the great customer service. I am planning on having my sofa and love seat cleaned within the next month or so and will definitely call them again. As a matter of fact I don't believe I will ever use another carpet cleaning company. They are courteous, accommodating, punctual and have great customer service....why change a great thing!!! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family!!!!

10 year old carpet in our family room absolutely looks brand new. 32 year old carpet looks remarkable for its age. We were very happy with the service and professionalism. We definitly will use SteamPro again.

When we moved into our house, there was a horrible pet odor coming from the basement. I called Steampro and they came out the same day for a great price. Very professional technician. Would absolutely use again.

The workers arrived as scheduled and steam cleaned all of the carpeting, as agreed. When they got done, the carpets were stain free and looked like new again. The price charged was extremely reasonable. We will hire Steampro again in the future and highly recommend him to all.

Our cat urinated on our new carpet. We tries using Resolve but nothing would remove the odor. Called Steampro and they came the next day. Super friendly and easy to work with. Carpet is now as good as new. They even called two days after service to make sure we were pleased. Highly recommended.

First of he arrived right on time and had a look at the home and gave a reasonable quote. Within one hour, the whole carpet was cleaned. Did a good job of removing some rust from carpet too. Overall very satisfied. Will recommend.

I called and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. 2 guys showed up and did the work in about an hour. They explained what they were doing and showed me the difference between the sections that had been cleaned vs. those that had not. After having cleaned my own carpet for years, using a professional crew is a HUGE improvement. The carpet looks like new. I will have them back in a year to do it again.

They were fabulous. The gentleman who came out was personable, told me what he was going to do, what came out and what didn’t, and was very quick.

This is my first time using a carpet cleaning service, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I am satisfied with the service I received. Many of the small stains came out, but some of the heavier ones did not. I think this is just due to the length of time the stains were there, and the carpet in the front hallway was very soiled and worn. But everything looked much better after the cleaning. I would use this company again.
