The cleaner called to say he was on the way and arrived on time (the appointment time was between 2-4). I did not witness the process but the person who did was very impressed with the time and care he put into the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed upholstery cleaned and am going to watch for carpet deals!

We had construction so the carpets were very soiled. Now look great.

Arrived few minutes before appointment. Worked quickly and continuously, Was very polite and personable. Everything came out very clean. Was very careful with all furniture etc. Only one person came and he moved furniture pieces himself. Left protector blocks under all legs for carpet to dry. Work completed in a little over 1 1/2 hrs.

i was given a timeframe of between 2-4 PM but Bill called to say he could come earlier which was great I am extrremely satisfied with the outcome of a light carpet that was stained from many family dinners and gatherings. the carpet looks almost new. Bill was also able to give me a reduced rate on my family room carpet while he was here and he had the time as opposed to paying a new minimum. I will definitely call them in six months to do my carpets again. Thank you Angies List for helping me make a wise choice

These guys did a great job. Their operation is well organized, they know when they have a time slot and the phone quote was accurate. They came when they said they wuold and there were no surprises. I felt comfortable letting them get it done without supervising and was satisfied with the whole process - worked out well!

The technician was over an hour late because he was given the wrong times. He seemed to be in a hurry. I didn't see him move the couch from against the wall to clean the back. He didn't put anything under the furniture so that it wouldn't mark the wet carpet. Everything that he did move he left for us to put back. The dining room chairs were in my foyer and we had to carry them back to the dining room when he left. I really didn't feel that I received the service that I should have. I was very disappointed. I didn't call to complain because we had to leave on a trip right after, and by the time we returned, it was moot point.

Bill did a great job. He was punctual, efficient and very personable. I have a wooden ramp that goes from my kitchen down a step to the family room which I need for my daughter when she visits. It is too heavy for me to lift but Bill had no qualms about doing it for me. I really appreciated his help. And - my rugs look wonderful!

It took about 90 minutes from start to finish. They pre-treated spots and did a very thorough cleaning. It looks and smells as well as 20 year old carpet can look.

For the most part they did what they said they were going to do.The back splash came out great. For the most part, the floor area looked good too. But, the corners looked a little untouched. The shower stall was a different story. They did get the crud out of the caulking, but the soap scum from the last tenants on the shower floor was still there. It looked as if they missed that and just concentrated on the caulking. I guess a little elbow grease is in order. I would call them again for floors and back splashes, not for shower stall.

Very good experience. My elderly dog made a "deposit" of feces and blood ALL over the bedroom carpet because of an illness. It was the Saturday morning before Memorial Day, and I live out in the middle of nowhere. I called three other businesses (two from Angie's List and one from the yellow pages), and all were closed for the holiday weekend. Finally, I called SteamPro (also from Angie's List). Someone answered the phone right away, then a person on duty called me back in less than ten minutes. He said he could be there in about an hour. He showed up in less than an hour; he was very polite and professional, and the carpet looked brand new when he finished. He treated the carpet for odor and bacteria, so the terrible smell was gone. It has been over a month, and no stains or odor have returned. The $125 price, I thought, was more than fair for an emergency call on a holiday weekend. I will definitely use them again.
