Was decent, they showed up a half hour after the beginning of the window, and were in and out pretty fast. I had a large living room, carpeted stairs, and carpeted master bedroom. The only trouble was that they couldn't get under the baseboards.

The cleaning took less than an hour.

They scheduled the appointment with me, called me before they came, show up right on time and performed the worked as described, they did a great job cleaning my furniture, they also clean part of the carpet for me that was little dirty. They left no mess. I recommend them to anyone. Very friendly staff as well.

It was phenomenal. I have vents because I have the heating and air conditioning ducts. They came in and cleaned all the ducts and got rid of all the dust. It cuts down on the dust and any of the particles that you see in the air.

Bill arrived right on time, was personable but efficient. We hadn't moved in yet so no furniture but the rugs might have been 25 years old and had a strong musty-mildew-y smell, probably from humidity and no AC for the 3 years it was on the market. As stated above, he cleaned wall-to-wall carpeting in 4 bedrooms, a large living room and 2 hallways within an hour. He did a great job and the cleaning smelled a little like apples until I aired out the house. Now the house smells fresh enough to ponder what we're going to do with it. It was an especially good deal because of the given rate for cleaning the "whole house" plus a discount for 1st time customer.

Excellent service and great technician. He called and asked could he come a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Did a great job. We are very pleased. He was helpful and friendly and focused on the "bad" spots. Would recommend and will schedule for another cleaning in the fall! Steampro is a keeper!!

The technician called in advance of the appointment to give a rough arrival time. He was very prompt. He protected my wood work to prevent the hose from causing sratches. The technician lifted small furniture items out of the way. All three rooms were cleaned within 40 minutes.

Steampro showed up on time, did a great job getting out spots, and spent about an hour doing the work.

The end result was fair and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

They were punctual, polite, and professional. The couch and loveseat came out nice, but I was a bit disappointed with how the chaise looked once it dried. It is a different fabric from the others, so that might explain it. It was an overall good experience and I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. They honored the big deal coupon although it expired 10 days ago. They were very patient with me although I cancelled my appointment several times. Whenever I called them they responded immediately.

I purchased the $99 Big Deal for carpet cleaning. The response for an appointment was immediate and service was performed the same week. The tech was courteous and the carpet is now clean -- much better than I expected because the carpet is very old . PLUS, I didn't get a big sales pitch for add-ons. VERY good. Would call them again WITHOUT a coupon.

They called and set up the appointment as soon as I purchased the coupon and contacted them. They were able to schedule within the same week that I called. They told us when to expect them, they arrived on time, and performed the service in a professional manner. The gave my husband feedback about the condition of our carpets and did a great job cleaning them. The pile feels close to when they were new and the color was restored and they even got stains out of high traffic areas in the kids rooms. We were happy with the outcome.

I called them six times, left messages. I left them several phone numbers, my email and just no response whatsoever. Anyone that doesn't return a phone call, that's pretty bad. I went ahead and I paid my money up front then no returned phone calls, no scheduling, nothing. I decided to a get a refund on this deal.

Excellent experience! I called the day after their Angie's list deal expired and he offered to honor the Angie's List deal price without my having to ask. I got an appointment just a few days from when I called. They were ontime, very nice, did a great job and they take credit cards on the spot. Best part is they called the following day to make sure I was happy! Steampro is an uncommonly professional, really great company!

The whole experience was wonderful! When Jason came in to give us a quote we was a day early and had the quote to us in a couple hours. The day of the cleaning went very smoothly. The gentlemen arrived right on time, were polite and professional and were happy to answer questions before getting to work. The carpets came out great and I'd recommend them in the future!

I called and left a message and it was returned promptly. The date they suggested was sooner than I wanted, and they were very accomodating with the date I needed. Did everything exactly as promised, and was great with my dogs!

In the beginning I had trouble connecting with Steam Pro. Once we connected, the appointment was set up quickly and all went well. My husband and I were both impressed.

Everything went as scheduled, I was very happy with the service and results.

Came on time & cpmpleted work in a timely fashion

There were five (5) seating cushions,five (5) back cushions and two (2) throw cushions. As I said, he did the best he could given the condition of the cotton cloth. NB This was upholstery cleaning, NOT carpert cleaning.

Service person arrived on time. Listened to my concerns. Was helpful in moving some furniture out of a small alcove to clean the entire area. The job was well done and the service representative was very helpful
