He was very professional and on time. He gave me information on what to do for the future. He did an excellent job. I am very impressed with the work.

Very good! They arrived within the time frame and easy to work with. The carpets are 8 years old and have some wear that was pointed out before the cleaning. The carpets looked and smelled great after they were cleaned. The cleaner was very attentive to my concerns and moved most items.

although initial call revealed my needs were not applicable to the advertised "special deal" I felt the quoted price was fair for the details I requested. The workers were prompt, courteous and easy to work with. I would use this service again and recommend it.

The gentlemen was on time and very pleasant. I commented that he was by himself. He said he always is. I have shampooed many times over the years and the carpet cleaning companies always had two guys. I, along with my husband and kids, moved 80% of the house into the garage, bathrooms (including tubs), kitchen etc. I only left furniture that needed two people to move or were left because I ran out of space to move them into. He did move some, which I was surprised. The couch was heavy and he moved it. Those little blue things you put under the furniture was only under two pieces of furniture. I told him not to touch two pieces of furniture only, china cabinet and TV. Which he didn't. Though he didn't move much. Being by himself, I wasn't surprise. I couldn't blame him. The rugs did look better. My complaint was...when he went down stairs to work, I went upstairs. I took my computer, office work and cat, in my arms. I went to my bedroom and decided to work in the livingroom. The carpets were so wet my sneakers, as well as the vinyl kitchen hallway floors, were soaked. I fell with everything in my arms. I thought I was going to fall backwards and hit my head into the door frame, I leaned forward down onto my knees. My knees slipped on the water causing me to fall sideways. Cat went flying out of my arms but the computer and office work was saved. I, however, was hurt. My knee quickly became swollen. I was surprised the gentlemen didn't come to see what the bang was but he probably didn't hear it with the machine on. When he finally came up, I was on the couch with ice on my knee. It was obvious it just happened. He didn't say anything but "I need a check for the balance". I got up to get a check and my knee was in too much pain. When I was standing I showed him my pants that were wet from the puddles on the floor. I told him I fell because the water on the floor. I said "The doesn't usually happen". That's it. I told him to put the balance on the credit card since I couldn't walk to find my checkbook in my room. That was it. No sorry or any comment about it. When he left, about 20 minutes later, I was still upset and decided to see if the floors were still wet. The puddles were still there and bigger than I had thought. The carpets were way too wet. I asked when they would be dry. He said, "6 hours or so". The next morning I told the family not to put the furniture on the rugs because they were still damp. I put towels down on the floors so no one would slip again. My knee was still swollen and red and gray like color but I could walk on it. When the rugs were dry, I then examined them. They were crunchy in spots and on the master bedroom you could now see the seam in the middle of the room. I didn't even previously know that there was a seam there. The carpets were in tough shape to begin with but the stains popped out even more now. I don't think he gave those spots any extra attention. I understand he may not be required to work h****** the stains but if it's something that needs just a like extra work, I think that's part of shampooing carpets. So...the summary is, some of the carpets are ok and others look worse.Though...I do feel they are "physically clean" but they don't "look" clean. I don't think much was moved to clean under but..I do feel he did the best he could do by himself. My fall, totally 100%, not professional, not acceptable. The Owner call me a few days later to see how the rugs were. Never asked about my fall. I ended up telling him. He said he didn't know anything about it. That was the end of the conversation, and any further communication by them.

This is the second time I've used them, they are very good. Professional, punctual, reasonably priced. I will continue to use them, I have three dogs, so I prefer to have the furniture cleaned on a fairly regular basis.

The work was performed in a professional manner. I had extra work done. They did not have a problem with it. I didn't think my stairs would come as cleaned as they did. I would have them back again.

It was fine, I actually wasn't home, my mom was here, they came in and she said it all worked out good. They got the stain off the rug and all that. They cleaned the whole rug and they did 2 rooms. One of the things I like is there wasn't any upsell or anything, I paid the $110 and got the rugs cleaned and it was great. They called me within a day or 2 and on the day they should arrive, the guy actually called maybe 20 minutes early to say he was on his way.

Great company! I've been using Steampro for a few years now. They clean my home and beach house yearly and always make it look and smell great.

It was adequate. It turned out anything with the stain or the water stain he couldn't do. Maybe they should put that in their advertisement that the water stain are unable to pick up. Otherwise it was fine and the price is right.

Came in - looked at the rugs. I had also asked him about doing my couch and chair but he said that these items were made of cotton cloth and he would not be able to clean them properly. He vacuum the rugs and then proceeded to steam clean them. I could not believe how clean they came. There were two areas that were very dirty. The rugs are now very presentable.

Two technicians arrived on time and had me show them all areas that were to be cleaned, and then got right to work. There was approximately 600 sq ft of carpeting in the basement and 27 stairs plus 2 landings to be cleaned. I also needed the tile and grout cleaned in 3 bathrooms. The carpeting had a large stain from a spilled bottle of fabric softener, and I was advised that it might be difficult to remove.However, they were able to remove it totally, and I was very pleased. They also did a nice job on the bathroom tile. The grout in my bathrooms is light and can be difficult to clean, but it looks much better now. He also suggested I have the tile and grout cleaned every 2-3 years which I intend to do.

He arrived when he said he would - he was in and out in no time at all and the rugs look beautiful!

We purchased a home via an estate sale - the home had been closed up for two years. Basement carpet was in good condition but smelled stale - it now looks like it is BRAND NEW and smells fresh! I had zero expectations on how the three season room would turn out since it was dingy and had rust spots from patio furniture. It looks so much better than I had ever imagined - just a few dents from the old furniture. The associate was right on time, professional and pleasant! He even offered me advice on removing some outdoor matting that was a source of mold spores. I will have Steampro back once a year to keep these carpets fresh - they were a pleasure to work with!

I highly recommend Steampro. They were professional and personable and best of all my carpets look awesome. They were on time, explained what they would do and looked at each room with me before they began cleaning. When finished we reviewed each room to make sure I was satisfied. Payment by credit card was easy. I used a coupon from Angie's List. I thought the pricing was excellent.
