I am a very skeptical person when it comes to hiring contractors. This family owned, and run business is second to NONE. They are reasonably priced, punctual, and provide a personal level of service that the big flooring chains can not replicate. I have already recommended them to my friends and co-workers. Bob was first to reply from my HomeAdvisor search. He was quickly available to come to the house, take all measurements, and point us to his preferred carpet retailer ( Factory Carpet). We were free to select whatever carpet we desired (we picked one on sale). And then Bob quickly gave us a fixed price â all inclusive: removal of old carpet and padding, new carpet and padding, and installation. We did contact one other HomeAdvisor recommendationâ who also came out and measured, but their price for the same carpet was considerably higher. Bob was consistently in contact, asking for soonest time to remove old carpet. and when the new carpet was in, he and his son and brother installed the very next day. The installation was excellent â he clearly measured wisely because there was very little waste. Totally satisfied start to finish.

Bob and Bobby were a godsend in June '19 (review is delayed due to HomeAdvisor (HA) review hiccups). They were wonderful and knowledgeable to install roll fiber floor in bathroom and kitchen. Got our project back on track after contractor dropped the ball (had material, no installers and many alternate installers would not install unless we purchased the material from them - OMG!). Kudos to HA Call Center - how we love to hate telemarketing, but when they called on behalf of renewal by Andersen (I think it was), we didnt need windows and the caller asked, Is there anything else we could do for you today?So desperate was I: responded, Ha, Ha, you dont know any vinyl floor installers, do you? Two days later the job is done: timely and close to budget number of original contractor! You will not go wrong with this team higher them! :D
