He was very prompt in calling me. Rob requested pictures of the damage carpet. I also sent him the measurements of the remaining carpet I had saved. He came to my house to see if the carpet could be repaired. He had the time to do the job the same day. He did a very good job. The carpet I had saved was not as pliable as a new carpet so it was a bit hard to work with but came out looking great.

There's always a chance when you call out of Tennessee to have work done way out of state that you will encounter issues. Not with Bob McInerney. I went on the Angi site to find a business that stretches carpet. I was given several businesses for carpet stretching. One of the businesses I received was Robert McInerney. I looked at the reviews of his business and all were positive. I called Bob and he was able to come to the house the day I called . Bob and his son showed up on time and did a great job stretching the carpet in the 4 bedrooms. They were friendly, polite and the price was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Bob and his team re-stretched my bedroom carpet to repair a couple of ripples that developed over the past year. He was a pleasure to work with, and very responsive and flexible in setting up a time to do the work. Bob is very knowledgeable and provided some helpful advice on future flooring projects. I wonâ t hesitate to hire him again.
