They were very knowledgeable about their business and courteous. There was one small problem. The flooring we picked was not the one delivered, but they offered to return it and try again, but we just wanted it completed and the new one looks great with our decor.

Bob did a great job. This was a technical carpet install on a stairwell that had open ended treads that needed to be wrapped as well as balusters to work around. I would highly recommend Bob for your next project.
