The flooring was not installed properly. It is curled under the heating baseboard and not flat to the floor. At the two entrances, the vinyl is not cut straight. There are spaces between the flooring and the wood. He used my dutch oven to hold down the seam for the glue. Very unprofessional work.

He came down from Cranston to Narragansett to do one room of a Berber carpet that had bubbled. He was very specific about what had to be moved and not out of the closets. A very good job and smooth operation.

Contacted Bob about two months ago about a job my wife and I have been threatening to have done for several years. We desperately needed to replace our dated and badly worn kitchen and bathroom floors. A few weeks ago I met with Bob in my home so he could take a look at what needed to be done. He directed me to several manufacturers websites where my wife and I could consider our options. We pretty much decided in about in hour which two patterns we wanted. Last Friday Bob and his crew arrived around 8:30 to do the installation. Top notch job! Like a number of other Home Advisor pros I have hired Bob is a stickler for detail. He even offered to replace some parts for me (wax ring, connector, hardware) when he removed the toilet to do the bathroom installation. Quite thoughtful and very much appreciated! After about 6 1/2 hours the job was complete. My wife and I are thrilled with the results. We would wholeheartedly recommend Robert McInerney Floor Coverings to family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. A real nice guy and a pro to boot.

Fantastic job. The carpet in my media room was badly fitted from new and had bulged. The team properly tensioned the carpet across the length and width of the room with the correct equipment, not just knee kickers around the edges. They did a superb job. Looks the best it ever has. This is the second time we have used Robert. Highly recommended.

Bob's a great guy (hey he's from Cranston!), and his brother, Ronnie, and son, Bobby, make a great and efficient team. They replaced a floor in my rental cottage in less than 3 hours and it looks great. Bob has awesome references. He did the floors in the new physical therapy office I go to in Bristol. I got one quote form a big company that seemed too high, so I got two more quotes. Bob's was substantially less than the big guy's and he had much more thoughtful ideas and observations during his site visit. Things the other guys didn't mention. Don't waste your time. This was a great service experience from scheduling through the service appointment. Bob and his son were onsite at the scheduled time, explained everything that would be done, and the results are amazing. We were considering ripping out our carpet because of rippling.
