He returned my initial inquiry on the first day and stayed in contact until he finished the project when he said he would. The carpet repair was excellent, a quick response, and friendly customer service. The only additional comment I have is that I thought the dollar amount charged was high for the work done. I provided the remnant piece of carpet to repair a pull and the contractor only took about one hour to complete the repair. The cost should have been much lower.
