Ryan was awesome!, solved the problems promtly and fixed just want needed to be fixed. That was a major concern as plumbers tend to fix things that are fine to bring that total up. He got everything fixed and wrapped up in less than an hour!

Overall the experience was okay. The service man was competent, pleasant, respectful. My real objection was to the price or really a particular service component. First off I did call them knowing there was a charge for them to come out and I'd have to pay that fee outside of the repair cost regardless if they performed the work or not. When i asked for a quote on the reconfiguration I thought it was high. Consequently I just asked for a price on just repairing the leak. This entailed replacing a T-fitting. I thought this price to be high as well but since he was there and I'd taken the day out of work I had him do the job. That all said the real compaint I had was the cost of draining the system so he could replace the fitting. It was $150.00. Since the total bill was 270.00 over half my cost amounted to the service man turning off the main water supply and watching it drain...

They were referred by a different plumber that I used before. We had to have our whole heating system replaced and re-piped. It was difficult to find someone who would do this; no one was ready to do it. Phillips came in and gave us an estimate. They were fair and honest. They did the work in two days. They were awesome. The price was fair considering what they had done. They had to re-pipe all the pipes to the outside, to the water tank; it was a deep job. I also had a shower that did not work for the last ten years, when you turned it on, it went from hot to freezing cold and I have had four plumbers to look at it but no one was able to fix it. The plumbers from Phillips came in and fixed it; within an hour, they replaced one thing and it was up and running. It was unbelievable, so I am very happy that I found them.

I like everything about their services. They are very professional, very competent, do absolutely great work and there is nothing bad about them. I thought they were expensive as they have a dispatch fee of $50. Two months ago I had a leak in faucet and I didn’t want to use them because I thought that the job would be small but it turned out to be more expensive. I would definitely go back to them in my future. I do find that they are expensive but I don’t find anybody to compare them with.

They are very professional, very neat and clean. They also fixed and plumbing problem that no one could figure out. So I really like them. They are little on the high side but I do like them. They do quality work. They always call when they are on the way and give me a time slot of 20 minutes before they come.

I am on a special plan with them where I make a small payment each month. That entitles me to get quick service. They have always been very good. It is a small company with about six plumbers. They are very reliable.

He was excellent. I spent $289 on the job. He did a beautiful and neat job. The work done by him in the outside of the house was fine. He was very thorough. I will use him again in the future.

The plumber was very polite and punctual. He took care not to make a mess and cleaned up well after he was done. He worked diligently and made sure the job was done right. It was more expensive than I had expected, but I'm confident that the job was done right. We have used them before and plan on using them again in the future.

I would definitely use this company again. I don't, however, like the $49 mandatory service charge added to the bill when we actually had the work done. I can see if you decline the work and the plumber had to make a service call for naught. I talked to the personnel in the main office and they dismissed the charge. I do feel this company is professional and the workers are courteous and knowledgeable.

The job took longer than I expected, but they worked the drains carefully to avoid puncturing the pipes. It has been a few months and the drains are still clear. When I finally rip this bathroom out and replace all the plumbing fixtures, I'll hire these guys back. They are also very upfront with the pricing and make sure you understand everything about the job.

Very well. Came when scheduled, did the work. Was careful about cleanliness during the job and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The only issue at all was that, of course (!), the estimate was for $800-$1100 and it always seems to be the high side of the estimate that is the cost in the end.

After a good snaking he stayed to make sure all the drains were working properly. We were very pleased with his manner and his mechanical skills.

IT WAS GOOD. WHEN THE KITCHEN SINK DON'T DRAIN, THE WIFE'S NOT HAPPY. THE GUYS CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND GOT THE WHOLE JOB DONE WITHOUT MAKING TOO MUCH OF A MESS. THE MESS THEY DID MAKE WAS CLEANED UP. THAT ALSO MADE THE WIFE HAPPY.

HE SET UP A TIME AND SHOWED UP ON THAT DAY. HE WAS REASONABLE AND PATIENT. HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY BOILER SYSTEM. HE HAD GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH ME.
