Description of Work: North-Eastern cut down our dead tree and ground the stump. My only reason for giving them a less than stellar review is that I had not actually accepted their bid and authorized the work. They removed the tree without letting us know they were coming, so it was over before I could stop it. | |Having said all that, they profusely apologized and reduced their price to that of the company I was going to go with. I give them credit for owning up to their mistakes and doing everything they could to make it right.

Description of Work: Trimmed tree leaders encroaching into neighbor's yard. Work was done exactly as expected

Description of Work: Cut down and removed a huge tree. Clearing and cleaning after destructive storm.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate. I was called back right away. They came for an estimate the next day. We scheduled the work for the next 2 weeks(this was right after a bad storm). They had a cancellation and ended up coming within a couple of days. So, response time was excellent. I had one very tall pine tree removed very efficiently and professionally and also a very large spruce tree (both right adjacent to my neighbors house) trimmed up. Clean up was excellent. LAM

Description of Work: Took down a tree in difficult area between a fence and my shed. Clean work. Great response and service from office to crew. I wasn't too please with how the trunk of the tree was left. When I expressed my concerned I immediately received phone calls and they sincerely apologized and remedied the situation right away. Great customer care. Several of my neighbors reccomended them for price and service. Really nice group.

Description of Work: They performed the services and more than we first spoke about, but the price was just the same in the quote. They were very profession, did the tree service and left the yard spotless. I would not hesitate to use them again.
