Over all excellent service for a fair price.The service man was a little late but he had to come down from New Hampshire to accomadate my schedule of sameday service so very understandable. He was very helpful in cleaning old stains from carpets from prev. owner of our home. He did the whole house plus a couch even treated for enzymes from prev pets.

I scheduled an appointment to have my sofas cleaned and when the men arrived they were concerned about the type of fabric. They did not want to use water if it was cotton. They searched the sofas for any information regarding cleaning and finding none asked if I would mind postponing the appointment until their supervisor could take a look. I thought their concern showed real conscientiousness. We rescheduled another date. When the men arrived they quickly determined that the sofas could be cleaned with water. They got right to work. Periodically they would stop to explain the nature of a stain and provide advice for dealing with the stain in the future. A positive experience! I am quite pleased with the results.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, courteous, and told me a little background on their company. I was extremely impressed from the moment I called. They called back a day or two before to confirm the time that they would be out. The two men that showed up (right on time) were professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet that my dog had started dragging the garbage out to, creating some stains and odor. They did try to upsell me on spot cleaner I could keep (which I declined) and "carpet protection" (which I agreed to.) I stayed out of their way so I did not observe how they did their job, but it looked and smelled great in the end. The cost was about 50% more than I had been paying, but I never had the options of an enzyme treatment for the odors, or the carpet protection, so it evens out- and the professionalism and courtesy were worth it! UPDATE: I had them come out a second time, 3/28/13, for another cleaning but I wasn't so pleased this time. I was quoted $150-$155 with a return customer discount, since they had all the carpet measurements on file from last time. When the cleaner came out, he said the area was larger than what they had on file, and charged me an extra $25. I told him to go ahead as I needed the carpet cleaned. When he left, I noticed that he didn't move the couch to clean under it, even though he said he would (we had moved all the other furniture out ourselves, so he didn't even have to do that). I did call and report this, but declined on having them come out to do under the couch- I just wanted to let them know about the error. He did not try to upsell me on the spot cleaner this time. After today, I would change the price grade to a C and also the quality grade to a C.

The service provider arrived on time. He was informative and made sure to do a thorough job spot cleaning before cleaning the rug. The process was done quickly and efficiently. No issues, I would use them again if needed.

They are fine. We are very satisfied. The gentleman who came showed me how to spot clean myself more effectively so that in the future I could take care of some of it myself. I found their service effective and economical.

Everything went smoothly. The appointment time was met, and we were very pleased with the results.

I called, the receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable. I received a quote over the phone she scheduled a pickup at my convenience. I was a little late getting home from my volunteering at a school event and luckily they did not leave. I did not have to give them any deposit or anything, the guy told me exactly what they were going to do to the carpet and i chose a couple of extra treatments so that increased the cost. He asked if i needed the carpet back by a certain date and I said as soon as possible because in my house we can do a number on uncovered wood floor in no time. The carpet was picked up late Friday afternoon and we got it back early Wednesday morning, so 5 days later...(very quickly). Absolutely great job! I fell in love with the area rug all over again, I had forgotten how vibrantly beautiful my carpet was. The person that came to pick it up was the same person that came to drop it off, he was a doll.. I will be hiring this again. I did find them here on Angie's list...Thank You Guys!

My experience with Carpet Cleaning Experts Company was fine. Their customer service was fine too. Setting up an appointment them was easy. However, the only issue I had that they did not call me before they came to my apartment. I had to rush to find someone because I was at work. They did a great job though and it only took them about half hour. Their price I thought was little expensive. I would use them n the future.

They quoted me a fair price (approximately $150 after their coupon deduction), arrived on time, and did a really fine job. One carpet was particularly stained and dirty. I was happily surprised at how clean it turned it out. The company is reliable and professional and will certainly be my choice in the future.

I have been using this company for quite a few years- very satisfied. They do in-home work and they pick up and return area rugs. No complaints at all.

The CS rep was very helpful on the phone - she worked with me and quoted a very reasonable price. The service tech was on time, very professional and eager to please. The carpets and the furniture came out great. I would recommend Carpet Cleaning Experts and would only use their services in the future. Excellent job!

One room's carpet was particularly dirty. They removed all of the dirt and stains. They scheduled the appointment to my liking, were punctual and did a professional job.
