Did exceptionally good job, very neatly done, and cleaned up will too.Even advised what to use to clean some dark areas and how best to apply sealer.

I joined Angie's List when I saw the deal offering 4 hours of caulk/grout work at a price I could afford .After reading the reviews from satisfied customers I was encouraged to trust that I could expect that things would go right. The owner of the company responded immediately to my query, and arranged to have the work done at a time that worked for me. In fact, I was so pleased that I decided to have more extensive work done by H S later this month. I will have a new tile floor put in the bathroom and necessary repair to the walls as well.

1. once i ordered the service through the special deal i got a call immediately from the company to schedule the work. 2. the appointment was kept on time 3. the worker was professional and helpful, suggesting the best supplies. 4. the job was done very well and cleanup was done too.

Stephan did exactly what we asked and made several recommendations along the way that proved to be great suggestions/improvements. He was responsive and professional. We'd recommend HS Remodeling to anyone looking to make home improvements.

This was an excellent transaction from start to beginning. The company called me within 2 hours after I purchased the deal on Angie's List. My appointment was immediately scheduled for the following week. I received another phone call 2 days prior as a reminder. The gentleman that did the work arrived right on time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a widow and I felt very comfortable with him working in my home. I showed him what I wanted to have done in both bathrooms. He immediately went to work. He brought in tarps to cover the traffic area from my bathroom to the outside door. He worked the entire four hours and finished all the repairs I had requested. He had a vacuum as well and cleaned up immaculately. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. He walked me through the work he had done and both my tubs and sinks look amazing. When he was through he made sure I was satisfied with the work. I signed the receipt and he left. I can't say enough about this company. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. They are the ultimate professionals! I can't thank them enough.

I think his name is Stefan. We have used them on multiple occasions. We are working with them to remodel another bathroom. They are true to what they list themselves as, remodelers. The quality of their work is excellent. It’s certainly good value. They are reliable too. They show up when they say they would. I would highly recommend them.

Stephan and his team did a great job. The project started with a drawing I made and his team turned it into a reality. The construction took 6 days and his team worked daily until completion. They were clean and respectful in their work, and gave suggestions to make the project come out great. We would definitely do business with them again.

If I was able to give marks higher than all A's, I would have. Stephan, the owner of HS Remodeling, exceeded my expectations in all categories. His attention to detail and level of reliability are unmatched by any contractor I've dealt with in the past. Upon calling HS Remodeling initially and explaining my project, Stephan promised to look at the existing deck and prepare an estimate. I was surprised to get an email a few days later with a detailed estimate and contract. One thing that continued to impress me, throughout the process, was how each time I called Stephan he answered his phone. I knew he was working on another job, but always took the time to discuss my project. He began working on my project exactly when he estimated he would. Also, he completed the work within the time frame he estimated. I was most impressed by the level of precision Stephan used in building my deck and replacing my front door. I'm on my 8th house and have had extensive remodeling done on houses through the years. I am considered to be rather picky about the details. Stephan's attention to detail and levels of precision in his craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. I have several neighbors that are retired contractors, who love to critique the work done by others, and nothing is ever good enough for them. For the first time, they were impressed. Also, several other neighbors commented on how nice the deck looked and acknowledged the craftsmanship of Stephan. I am already planning a project for HS Remodeling next year and a few relatives are planning to use him too. I often hesitate to recommend contractors to family and neighbors, in case something goes wrong, but I have already recommended HS Remodeling as I'm sure the jobs will be done right.

Originally, my husband was planning on tackling the job, but we needed a main support beam cut and our house is very old with horse hair walls so we decided to higher an expert. Stephan from H S Remodeling was very knowledgeable and professional. He stayed on target with his quote, did a great job and finished on time. I would highly recommend him and we will use him again for future projects.

Based on the positive reviews and my own interview with him he seemed very professional and thoughtful relative completing the work in the most efficient and thorough way. All his questions and comments were on target and he followed up by doing excellent work. I am now considering HS Remodeling (Stephan) for a larger project.

The owner of H&S, Stephan, did all the work himself and did an excellent job. He is extremely professional, smart, and a nice guy. We really appreciated that he made an effort to make friends with our (very annoying) dog, as we were worried about leaving him alone with the dog, who might have barked at him for hours. It was all fine, the work Stephan did was really excellent, and we love our new bathroom. We're planning to hire him again to reface our kitchen cabinets. We had gotten a couple of other estimates for this job, one was really lowball and one ridiculously high. We could have gotten the work done more cheaply, but I'm sure the work wouldn't have been anywhere near as good. Stephan knows what he's doing and clearly cares about the quality of his work.

The project went very well. We love our new bathroom... I think it's the nicest room in the house. The owner of HS Remodeling - Stephan, came and personally did all the work himself. He showed up on the day promised and worked 2 full weeks to complete the project. I feel that the quality of his work was superior to other contractors... he really took the time to do it right, and the end result shows. I think his price was fair and compeditive for the 2 full weeks it took... and he also purchased all the tiles and materials for the job. He was also very neat... cleaning up after each day's work. I told him I was replacing the carpets... but he still covered them to transport materials in and out. I was very happy with this project and I have asked him to work on a few other things in my home.

We didn't get the work done by them and we ended up going with another company. Stephan is the person who came out. He was very professional and that was good. I don't know necessarily about the type of work he does because we didn't actually hire him for the job. We got a slightly better bid from another person. I would probably try using his services since he was very professional and seemed like he knew what he was doing. So that helps. We had just moved into our house and we were trying to renovate one of the rooms. We had 3 or 4 people out here to give us estimates and H S Remodeling was one of the companies. Stephan also seemed to be very knowledgeable at what he was doing. He also asked a lot of questions. He was one out of the five people who came out and who actually asked about insulation in the walls which we had never thought about until he told us. So that was pretty impressive. He was going to deliver the quote to the house or mail it and we never received it. We told him that we didn't receive his quote and he was kind of confused since he had mailed it to us. He did a special trip to redeliver the quote again and so I thought that was pretty nice. I don't know if he had personally delivered the first one, but he seemed shocked that we never received it. We have a couple of houses on our street that are older and I am just wondering that it might have gone to the wrong house. However, we did get the second quote, which was nice. I wanted to call him back for another quote for another job. He came out when he said he would come out. His bid was higher than some of the others, but I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. His responsiveness was very good. He got back to me very quickly. I called him and he called me back. He came on time as well.

He did the estimate in under a week. He went back and forth on a number of things, but his initial estimate was very reasonable.

The whole projects was a very positive experience. Stephan, the owner of HS Remodeling, is extremely conscientious and responsible. He returned phone calls right away and was always on time for appointments. Another example, the manufacturer forgot to deliver some major components of the sliding doors, so Stephan got on the phone right away and got the manufacturer to deliver the remaining missing pieces within a couple of days. His estimates of cost and duration of the project were right on target. I highly recommend HS Remodeling.

Upon initial hiring to construct a new staircase we were so impressed with the work ethics and professionalism of Stephan that we asked if he could complete a somewhat half finished bathroom, then we asked if he would remodel a bar area. We are planning more projects for the spring such as expanding our deck which we will be calling Stephan to do.
