Description of Work: We needed a contractor to complete renovations after ice dam damage. Stephan was informative, quick and thorough with his estimate, and had the best price. The only reason we didnt hire him was that he would not have been able to start for some time. We will be keeping him in mind for future jobs!

Description of Work: I talked with Stephan Haubrich on May 26 concerning a remodeling project for a kitchen and three bathrooms. We made an appointment for him to visit our home on May 28 at 4:30pm. We waited until 5:00, and thinking he maybe running late, called his number and left a message. With not response by 5:30 I left a note on the front door with my cell #. We were nearby and could get home in a few minutes. It is now 2 weeks later and we never heard back from him. If a contractor doesn't provide professional service when he is competing for a job just imagine what type of service they will provide when you have already given a sizable deposit!!

Unfortunately we never set up an appointment or even know about you setting one up. I think you must have contacted a different Remodeling business to set up this appointment. It was definitely not with us.
