They did a very good job.

They were great and they came on time.

They came out and looked at the work with three other roofers and told me that I could do a short term repair until I got the money. They gave us great recommendations for safety. We had had no problems with their work. They did an excellent job and were very honest. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Within a day or two of my initial call, their estimator Bob St Pierre called me from the roof of my home to review what needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to react. Once I submitted my initial deposit (1/3rd for materials), the shingles and other materials were dropped off in a couple of days. On the designated morning, a fleet of trucks and men arrived. The old roof was stripped off, and the new roof was installed in a single day. There wasn't a trace of debris left behind when they departed. An incredible company, I wouldn't hesitate to use them or recommend them to others.

I gave the company a brief spec for gutter repair at my home that I had used with another contractor (not on Angie's List) in order to be able to compare price estimates on an apples-to-apples basis. They said they would come look at the job within a week. Five weeks later, they still had not responded.

The experience was good from start to finish. \ I called this company after having 3 other companies come our to look at our roof and then never return. Robinson came out within a couple of days after I called, and we had a written estimate within a week. They then referred us to a local supplier where we chose shingles. After a few more calls we scheduled the job, and it was done on time and on budget.

Their bid was the lowest of three by $1200. Every exchange with them up to and including the installation was first-rate. The entire job was schedule to fit my schedule, and the work was done by a large crew in just two days.

The work went quickly and professionally.

I received a prompt, courteous response to my telephone inquiry. Once I retained the company, they were there within days to perform the work. Everything was done in a professional and workmanlike manner. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Work was completed in two installments. First replaced leaking roof on first visit. Returned to complete the final part including the wooden shakes and ice and water guards. All work was completed in a timely fashion. Clean up was thorough, although I had to sweep up the second time after the rain stopped. Hey, at least they worked in the rain to complete my project. Nice people to work with and friendly. Need to communicate the schedule more effectively, but that was not an issue during this project. I had a leaking dormer, but they did get here quickly to stop the leaking. I had to call each time to find out what the schedule was for that week. Perhaps someone at the company can tackle this task for customers in the future.

took them a while to get going but that was due to rainy weather creating delays. Left a few pieces of tar paper and nails in the yard but overall, cleaned up well. Guys were polite. Looks like they did a good job.

BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED ON THE ROOF, THEY COVERED THE FLOWERS AND BUSHES AT THE BASE OF HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THE JOB WAS GREAT. THEY DIDN'T OVERCHARGE ME, AND THEY ACTUALLY USED ALL OF THE MATERIALS THAT I PAID FOR. THE ROOF LOOKS GOOD AND IT SHOULD LAST FOR QUITE SOME TIME.

THE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME THE MOST ABOUT THESE GUYS IS THAT THEY LEFT THE YARD CLEANER THAN IT WAS BEFORE THEY STARTED! THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED UP SOME BRANCHES AND OTHER JUNK LAYING IN THE YARD SINCE THEY WERE DOING THE ROOF.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WITHIN ONE DAY AND IT WAS LIKE THEY HAD NEVER BEEN HERE AFTER THEY GOT DONE. IT DID TAKE THEM AWHILE TO GET BACK TO ME AFTER I CALLED THEM, THOUGH.

THEY HAD SIX GUYS ON THE ROOF AND SIX GUYS ON THE GROUND CLEANING UP THE WHOLE TIME. THIS SHOWS THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED FOR ME. I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE JOB. THEY QUOTED ME A THOUSAND DOLLARS LOWER THEN ANYONE ELSE.

THEY SHINGLED RIGHT OVER THE OLD SHINGLES, AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT IT ACTUALLY IS BETTER TO HAVE TWO LAYERS. I'M JUST GLAD THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT CREATING TOO MUCH OF A MESS.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY GAVE A FAIR PRICE AND THEY STUCK TO THEIR QUOTE. THEY HAD A MISHAP AND POKED A HOLE IN THE ROOF. THEY SAID THAT IT COULD NOT BE HELPED BECAUSE OF THE AGE OF MY HOUSE. THEY MADE GOOD ON THE DAMAGE, THOUGH.
