From time I initiated contact for an estimate to it's completion, my order was handled efficiently and professionally. All personnel from office staff to installers are pleasant and have exceptional customer service skills. Work was done beautifully and area left spotless.

Mike & partner showed up on time, knew exactly what they had to do & actually did more than originally planned to make mirrored walls solver price was the same as original quote even though they did extra.

I was very impressed with the services provided. Re-glazing is an expensive proposition and very labor intensive. I think that they quoted us a fair price for the work, which they completed neatly and quickly. We had a misunderstanding/miscommunication as to the number of sash cords that were to be replaced and I was pleased and impressed that they replaced them at no additional cost to us. I felt that Lizotte Glass worked hard to ensure that were were satisfied customers! I anticipate that we will be hiring them next year to tackle the windows on our porch.

Atrium failed to give us a quality window. Send broke and we had water damage inside the house on the sill. Mo;d had grown in between the glass. Lizotte's glass company to replace the installed glass- kept me informed at all times.

The person who provided the estimate turned up exactly on time and very quickly measured the windows. We received an emailed estimate within two days. I mailed a deposit and the work was scheduled within two weeks. The work was completed within 3 hours and was done in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with the service and quality of work and would definitely use them again.

Great! The initial appointment to give a quote and the actual service was perfect! Both times he was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He moved my furniture out of the way and back. He even put rugs down to protect the floor which I appreciated. I also appreciate how available the receptionists were. They always answered my calls quickly and were prompt. Two technicians arrived at my home and removed two windows (double hung) at a time and brought it to their truck to begin scrapping the old glazing and place new glazing compound. They were very professional and while it took approximately two days to complete, they worked very quick. I got the feeling that they wanted to ensure that the work was done properly and professionally. They were very courteous and professional. They were at work while I was attending to my 18 and 3 month old. They kept me updated with the work and their time line. There was an incident where they accidentally broke a window pane on the 3 bay window in my kitchen but they were able to replace it on site with no issue. They would inform me when they would take their lunch and came back right where they left off. Initially I was shocked with the estimate. I know that this project can be done as a DIY but I quickly realized that I was paying for the labor. It is a very time consuming job which would have taken me probably two years to complete rather than 2 days it took them. I could not find another company that would provide this service therefore I could not compare prices. I am very satisfied with their work and have the peace of mind that it was done correctly. I would definitely call them again for any window/glass repair I may have in the future.

Eveyrthing went well from start to finish. Company man replaced my damaged window. Took about an hour. Very efficient.

The sent a man who measured the window and assessed the task. We were told how much it would cost and they ordered the glass. When he came back he found that he had ordered the wrong size. He rigged up something temporary that was quite satisfactory. Everyone makes mistakes and this was no big deal. No one's perfect, including me. He came back again on January 15 to finish the job. They took my credit card, which I liked.

The men arrived, we discussed the job, placement of mirrors and broken glass. The lead man was as precise as I would have been. The antique over mantle mirror he installed is perfectly centered.

Extremely responsive in coming out and taking measurements and also in scheduling the installations. The custom glass was cut perfectly, and the new shower door is beautiful.

This window had a small crack which grew over the past year. it is a thermal paned with a high arch - about 5 feet high. They measured, ordered, and promptly replaced it.

They came in and took the window out of the frame and then went to there truck and repaired the window (glass). Then they came back in and replaced the window back into the frame....They were extremely professional and polite. And i might add that the front office in the company were also very professional and polite.... I found them on Angie's List. What stands out to me is that I got hold of them, they did the job and it was a reasonable price, which is something of a rarity sometimes. What stands out is that he was responsive.

I brought the broken window sash their shop and the manufactured and installed a replacement double-pane in about and hour and a half. They were very friendly and accommodating.

They did a terrific job -- on-time, quality workmanship and professional.
