Very well. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They laid down tarps inside the house to keep the area clean. They explained exactly what was to be done and explained what they did afterwards. The windows are great! We had rain the next day and there were no problems.

This is the second time we have used Lizotte Glass and are very happy with the work done.

We are repeat customers of Lizotte. In the 23 years that we have been in our house, they have installed a shower door for us and replaced the glass on a half moon window that had a broken seal. I have also purchased mirrors from them. For this job, we needed them to replace the glass on two exterior doors since the frames had buckled due to manufacturer defect. The doors were under warranty and the manufacturer sent us the replacement glass and frames. We contacted Lizotte to see if they would install the glass for us. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent us the wrong parts and Lizotte had to come out twice to do the work; Lizotte was very nice about coming out again since it was not their fault the door manufacturer screwed up. The workers were very friendly, they did quality work, and cleaned up very well after themselves. The doors look like brand new.

The service was awesome, they are phenomenal, neat, clean, thorough and went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again.

The men were here on time and did an excellent job, in spite of the 29 degree temperature. They were very courteous and professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend this company.

They showed up promptly to assess my needs, got me a quote, verified the measurements, and got the work done. Additionally, they were very informative about why they were doing things the way they were, and advised me on changes to the shower enclosure that made the end result better than I had planned. The rep came out at the scheduled time, was very friendly and courteous. He measured the window and I called in the next day after the proposal was ready to start the process. The glass was ordered and we scheduled an install time on the spot. Worker bees came on time, worked carefully and diligently (along with being very nice to my mom who came to let them in). Family owned and operated is definitely the way to go.

The technician came out & measured the windows & 2 wks later they were installed. The gentlemen doing the work were neat, courteous & professional.

Our front storm door was it by small rock and shattered the glass. In addition we had a crack on a bedroom window (outside pane). Read all of the reviews on Angie's list and called. Within 24 hours someone came took measurements, we were e-mailed an estimate. Agreed with the estimate and the glass was ordered. (being an older home nothing is standard). Mike, the glass technician, (arrived early .. yay) and within 45 minutes the job was complete. AND cleaned. up too. Great company to deal with- from the initial phone call I knew we made the correct choice.

2 men showed up on time, replaced glass, cleaned glass & also cleaned screens and were done at 11:00

they were n time, important to me because I had to go to work after service. Very efficient doing job. very happy with service especially in home service. No other company wanted to come to my house to replace glass. highly recommend.
