Great communication, very fast, thorough, and professional service. Ice dams on the roof were so thick they couldn't be fully removed in some places so service provider created channels for drainage (when other providers would have likely just given up and moved on to the next job). The snow was up to 4' in some places and not easy to move. Robert even sent me pictures after the job was done. Great job, very well done and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely hire again.

They were very helpful and cooperative and have done a great job so far. They were very upfront and honest about what they found and what they needed to do. They didn't try to tack on additional work or anything like that. They took care of what I had requested.

I made the request for help on Sunday evening, they called Monday morning, inspected and repaired the roof by fixed by 2pm on Monday. Great service and fair price.

He was unable to get to me with-in my time frame. I have decided not to use the deal.

After purchasing the Big Deal, I heard from Robert the same day, saying he'd be out as soon as possible. I replied back and hoped to schedule quickly in order to pre-empt any potential issues once the snow and ice began to melt. He responded and said he planned to be by late morning the next day (Saturday). He arrived before noon and assessed my roof and got right to work. He cleared all the accumulated ice from my roof and gutters. He noted an area over my garage that wasn't too badly clogged, but he cleared a section of snow anyway just to make sure the melting was gradual. Very happy with the service and overall experience. Robert was very responsive, professional and did a great job. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

The person was very cordial and nice. I am a very technical person and he was able to talk technically to me about my roof and knew what he was talking about. It was perfect except for at the end he told me I need a new roof and he could do it. I would recommend him. He did not charge more then he said.

8This roof is quite old and will need to be replaced before long. The owner (80+ yrs) won't be in the house much longer and can't afford a roof replacement. Some repair was necessary in order to be able to renew the owner's homeowners policy. When I explained this situation to Robert St.Pierre Jr, he understood and completed the necessary repairs about a week later. The roof now appears to be in good shape, and should satisfy the insurance company. Mr. St. Pierre was easy to work with and his prompt replies to e-mail made communication efficient.

The service was great. Would use again in the future.

Roofing installed by an other roofer in 2006 provide to be improperly installed and had to be replaced.

Did a good job and did it fast. Professional, cleaned-up well. Workers stepped on a few plants but owners offered to purchase and plant new ones. No problems yet!

B&R came out to give us a free estimate on the roof the same day we called. My husband chose this company after having 3 others come to our home because the son was professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, B&R was competitively priced. We had a roof leak and it was going to take about a month before they could start work on our house. B&R patched the leak quickly (within 48 hours) while waited for our job to start. It took about a month to start work on our roof, but it was finished yesterday and we are very happy with what we see so far. They were on time everyday to start work and the installation looks great. We would recommend this company to others looking to replace or repair their roof!

I called B & R because my a was experiencing a leak. B & R recently resting led my neighbors roof and garage. I was very impressed with the job that they did. Bob came out with his son. They checked my roof to determine where the water was coming in. They found several shingles which were loose. They resealed the shingles and did an inspection to determine if there were any other issues. No other issues found. When I asked what I owed for their time and labor, Bob told me "No charge, just keep us in mind when you get ready to reshingle the roof". That is service that you rarely find these days.

After 2 wind storms i noticed roof shingles on the ground. I contacted my insurance company and the adjuster sent me a check for a new roof. I went online looking for information on roofing materials. I was contacted by Bob from B&R just letting me know if I wanted a new roof they could do the job. I researched B&R and found good things about them. I asked for an estimate. I received and estimate from B&R. It was less than the check I received from my insurance company. I did not tell B&R that I put in an insurance claim. I decided to have B&R do the work. They sent to me an estimate explaining exactly what they would do and the price, the type of shingles they would use (Certanted), how they would be nailed (hurricane standards) etc. They asked for 1/2 the amount of the job paid upfront and the other 1/2 to be paid upon satisfactory completion of the work. I signed the agreement and sent them 1/2 their requested fee. I was contacted by B&R and told they would do the work within the next 3 weeks. I received a call rom them on 4-8 saying they wanted to do the work on 4-9 and 10 and I agreed. I also asked if they would install a roof vent (supplied by me) for a new bath fan that i just purchased- they agreed to do this and did not charge me for it. I also asked if they would remove some woodwork left by me above my rear deck and install new flashing and gutters. They gave me a price upfront for that work and I agreed to have it done as the price was very reasonable. B & R completed all work in less than 2 days, were very professional, and did everything they said they would do, within the agreed upon budget, and cleaned up the area very nicely. I am very happy with B&R, would recommend them to anyone, and I will call them if I ever have any other projects that are within their pervue.

They responded quickly, the finished the job quickly and they did a great job. They were very dedicated and wanted to do a good job and that's what they did.

They where very prompt and professional. The roof looks excellent and the ground was cleaned as if they where never here. The overall experience was very good.
