Description of Work: Cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet in our family room & the wall-to-wall carpet in the powder room. They did an exceptional job in removing stains in both carpets, removing a year's worth of dirt deep in the carpets,not removed by weekly vacuuming.

Description of Work: Cleaning for our carpet in our new home. They showed up late, so we left the door open and then they didnt clean the basement as indicated originally. Then, in order to come back they charged a minimum of $100 just for one room. Cleaning was just OK, they didnt get all of the pet hair I was hoping they would, but it was OK.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with how the workers got the job done quickly. They got stains out that we had tried about everything on that we could and couldn't get out. We could really see how dirty our carpets were as they cleaned. We were very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Carpet clean in 3 rooms - They were prompt and efficient . I asked if they would even do my little hallwall as walk into my bedroom carpet and they did. The two young men were excellent!! Very respectful and friendly. My carpets look amazing. I didn't realize I didn't have to vacuum first, they said oh our vacuum has 15 times suction power yours does, don't worry about vacuuming. They got all the pet spots and other spill spots I had - they disappeared. Their hose took all the dirty water and crime back out into their truck, not even down my drains, absolutely wonderful!! The only reason I didn't give an excellent on the price is because I had to pay a little more in each room to have the sanitizer/deodorizer added in the treatment. They even gave me some of their little footies/shoe covers so I could keep my carpets clean while they dried. I will calling them soon to get my other carpets and ceramic tile done. Thank You Stanley Steamer - truly the best carpet cleaning I've seen.

+ -1 moreUnder a three cleaning contract bought for $99 from Stanley Steamer, they honored two of the cleanings. They were very professional and did a good job. The problem occurred when the company refused to do the third cleaning. They claimed that the contract now stated all three cleanings had to be done in the calendar year. Therefore, I had violated the contract by not having done that. This contract was new because I had had at least five other contracts prior to this, that had no time limits. They busted me for one cleaning and they kept the money.
Description of Work: A pay upfront contract for three carpet cleanings.
