Ray was always on time, friendly, the dogs loved him. The work was done quickly, with Ray describing exactly what was involved with the equipment and the installation. If I would have heard of him years ago, I would have had this work done then!

I didn't think Ray would show up the morning he told me he would because it had snowed 3 or 4 inches overnight. He showed up and cleaned the snow so he could install the invisible fence for me. He did an excellent job and the cost was quite a bit less than I had expected. Good man, great service.

Ray is awesome. The fencing system is night and day better than the old style invisible fence. The price was literally thousands less than we had anticipated (it seriously ended up being about a third of the price we had been expecting). The training was worth every penny (in the days of YouTube, I get that you can figure out a lot of stuff in a few keystrokes, but being able to have him confirm whether the collars are too loose/tight, or give a straight up, trained and professional answer to: “what do we do if...”. Priceless). My only complaint is that he didn’t have a yard sign that could help my neighbor get the hint with HIS dog. Thanks again, Ray.
