We thought we needed to replace our whole fence system, including in ground wiring. Ray took the time to troubleshoot. We only needed a new transmitter unit and collar. The wiring in the yard was still good. Saved us a large amount of $$. Another company wanted to install everything new, sight unseen, and yet another told me I just needed to reposition my boundary flags. So happy we found Ray!! Honesty and true customer service are what you can expect here.
